I want to say this store deserves 5 stars and the guy Brandon who got my goldfish for me did a lot with helping me out with what I need for the goldfish and all. He really was professional and if I could of gave him 10 stars I would of and PetSmart's fish look so healthy and the tanks they keep their fish in and other animals they have are extremely clean and well taken care of. I definitely will be back here if I buy anything else.

I've never had an issue here & I've taken multiple pets. Always great with my grandmother's dogs during grooming. I took one of my dogs for training, Ashley is the best there is! Staff is always helpful & friendly. Even when they're busy they're polite & help as quickly as possible.

All the pets I've bought here have all been healthy. The pet habitats are all nice and clean. There is always food and water available for pets. Do your own research before buying a pet because not all workers really know the correct information. The pic is of Niko, we got him 3 years ago. ❤

Great grooming location. Great price and timely service at a professional groomer. Why go anywhere else! Training Classes are a must for your new family member. Dottie will train you to train your dog! Very professional.

Great selection friendly staff, very helpful!

Large amounts of pet supplies, for most of the "normal" type pets. The staff was helpful and friendly. They asked the right questions to understand what I needed and instead of selling something that may not have worked told me of a place that ended up having exactly what I needed. So thank you for the help and I will be back.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! I needed help finding a few things for a new family member and the staff was helpful in finding everything I needed from food to a harness that fit properly they were great.

My previous groomer retired from doing bigger dogs so was worried who to trust with my one year old Doodle. Most groomers in my area weren’t taking on new clients. Decided to give PetSmart a try and so glad I did. My pup looked stunning. Kelsey did a fabulous grooming job on her and in return for her pleasant and positive experience, Rhubie gave Kelsey tons of kisses.

Took my poodle in to see Amber at the grooming service! Did a amazing job with the cut and care my my dog. Highly recommended going to see her for any grooming needs

Omg this place is well established and thanks to Cameron the woman at the front I was able to get my macie Mae in for a rabies shot she even made the call for me multiple to be frank so friendly and she greeted us with a welcoming smile and even Macie Mae with a friendly goodbye look forward to going back Saturday

They are always very kind. We buy feeder fish and they take care of us quickly. The animals look great and the store is clean.

We’ve always been so happy with our experiences here! We primarily go here for grooming. The salon took such good care of our 15 year old Aussie, Pablo, in his last years of life and were always so patient with him as he got older and was harder to groom. During his last grooming appointment, he wasn’t able to stand long enough, so they groomed what they could and when I came in to pick up the pups, he was happily hanging out with the girl and the front desk (I want to say her name is Ayla?). I thought this was so sweet that they took extra care to keep him close and cared for even on a busy day, instead of just having him in the back until I got there. He has crossed the rainbow bridge 💛, but I still take Dixie there and Madison is literally the best! Our first two attempts to have Dixie groomed didn’t go well because she is wildly vocal with all the husky opinions, but on our third attempt Madison got the job done and she is our go to groomer now! The whole staff here has always been wonderful!!

I am very impressed with the groomers at Petsmart. They are so kind and patient with Max being an older dog with hip issues. His fur is so soft and trimmed so nicely. Kudos you guys. Love your service!

We bring our dogs in for a nail clip (which is a major thing for us to try to do almost impossible,well yes impossible) but the groomers here do an amazing job I have never seen anybody clip nails as well as they do we always have them filed also, cost a little more to get them found but it's well worth it. My Pettie is always frightened and doesn't want to go in but they are very gentle and take good care of her. The store has everything you could possibly need for your pets. Some things are a little pricey but you'll find what you need if you can't find it anywhere else. I don't go anywhere else for my pet needs and I would encourage other people to go also.

Associates are friendly, knowledgeable and great with my dog. He loves all the attention. Easy to find what I am looking for, or associates can find for me easily. I signed up for the treat rewards... my last visit my total amount was half the price because I used my points saved through treat rewards. It’s a good reward program. The store is always clean, buggies ready to use, and check out is easy.

My dog does not like his legs touched at all, to the point that's hes very aggressive. His groomer has worked with him and tries even though he's aggressive, and she does amazing haircuts, and he looks so handsome. I cannot thank her enough for not giving up on him. And she loves him and he loves her. And hopefully eventually we will work through this.

Eta: 10/2/2022: Came in for puppy complete dry dog food, more affordable than local stores, new puppy marrow for his crate training comfort and my son was helped by an Uber friendly helpful employee. He went to check out, paid and all good. Still impressed with the help when we've come in here and store still super clean. My son and I's new emotional support puppy got affordable needs met.. thanks so much for helping my son with his items needed ♡
Friendly associates and clean space. The selection of products is great. We used to stop in here for dog food and potty pads. Since I'm unable to walk distances anymore due to bilateral hip osteoarthritis and a knee condition, I do use an internet delivery service. However, I used to love the days we'd head over to Beckley and watch my son's face light up looking at the animals in the store. It's a beautifully maintained store
