Florence-Lauderdale Public Library

Great place to visit. Lots of new books. Friends of Library bookstore had a nice sale.

One of my very favorite places to be. Florence and Lauderdale County have a first rate library. People who helped contribute to the expansive genealogy section should be remembered for their generosity.

Beautiful library and well stocked with just about anything you could want. I also really liked their bookstore of used books. They're all in great shape and super affordable.

The children's section is amazing. It's so welcoming and fun. My children are loud, and it wasn't a problem!
The staff was also very helpful answering all the questions I had!

Extremely nice! Large selection of children's books. My granddaughter really enjoyed it. I didn't have time to look at any other books but, we will be going back again.

I love this place! I spend most of my time up on the second floor where the computers are where I can fill and make copies of tax forms, but I love to spend time reading a book here. Also, the folks that work here are courteous and helpful. If this library were a film, Siskel and Ebert would give it two thumbs up!

I only parked there to ride my bike around town. The have a nery nice parking lot.

I go here mostly to print things out since I don't have a printer. $0.20 per page for black and white and $1.00 a page for color. You can check out movies, seasons of shows, and of course books. The bathrooms are clean and the environment is nice.

absolutely love this library!! its selection is broad with diverse characters and authors as well. the printing system is great and the service is wonderful. i have visited here about twice every month for over a year now :)

Friends of the Library book sale was great. A money maker and a way to recycle books. I always attend whether I need books or not...

I love going here. The staff are always helpful and the vibes in the library are calm. You can sign up for a library card for free and it will tell you how much money you are saving by renting their books !

Absolutely the best library I've ever visited, and the best place in Florence to take your kids and teens for activities and learning! Excellent Staff, great programs, and did you know they have their own coffee shop? It's only the BEST coffee in town and all your purchases support the library!

It was quiet and pleasant not alot of people today but it was a very nice visit

One of the best municipal libraries in the state that is constantly being updated with the latest technology. Service is number one with lots of activities for every age group. Have a great book store that offers lots of books, used magazines and videos for sale cheap.

The faculty members here are amazingly polite and very helpful. It was my first time to ever visit this library and I definitely will be going back. Very nice people and very clean interior

Wonderful, organized library that offers easy access to loads of public information. Lee Freeman, Head of the Local History and Genealogy Department, was great help today.

I love to read and the library is one of my favorite places to go. They have a used bookstore that I bought 5 books for $5.

Love the place , its very quit and you can get your studying done fairly easy with there computers and they have all the knowledge a person could ask for in books , That sweet Al ,Bama Southern Charm

Its a great, safe, and very clean facility. Awesome for kids teens and even adults. Many summer activities for all ages. would recommend for everyone.
