Artesian Park RV Campground

Beautiful!! Large grounds with lots of trees. Here, the laundry room and shower facilities are spacious and always clean. The owners are hard working family people, and are always available for any questions. Fishing in their pond was a nice way to pass the time, while my dog ran free in the no leash area. 1 minute from Hwy 290, and only 15 minutes into Brenham. Thank you! I had a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for two months. Great price! Friendly owner and workers. Large bathroom and laundry facilities. Owner has restrooms cleaned daily. Two showers that are huge and handicap friendly. Will definitely stay again if traveling through there again. WiFi is hit or miss depending on how many people are using it. I recommend T Mobile Internet. I got one and was downloading and streaming at 250mps.

This is a great hidden gem. Owners very, very helpful, campground was clean, good wifi signal. I would definitely stay again. We stayed 2 nights in our travel trailer. The spot I stayed in (13) was level side to side with plenty of room for two slides and space in front to park a pick up, great water pressure, quite at night. This is one of the better parks we have stayed at. Some spots are under sprawling live oak trees with lots of shade. Heavy wooded area around park.

The owner Wayne is a great guy always working to improve the place. We stayed for 4 months and only had 1 night with disturbing neighbors, but it was quickly taken care of. The lots are smaller than some previous stays, but the price is unbeatable for the area. I didn’t have many problems with the washers and dryers while there, you just can’t put in loads that are too big. We had Amazon packages delivered to the front where video surveillance was present. Overall, great place.

Good RV park ran by good people. The wonderful owners of the RV park genuinely care about the people in hazardous situations.

They were willing to let anyone staying in their RV during the tornado warnings into their brick and mortar home overnight. It's one thing to talk and absolutely another thing to do.

I comend them for their hospitable nature.

Very nice and clean RV campground on HWY 290 between Brenham and Burton, no rundown trailers. Lots of room, and full hook up at each site. WiFi is really good through out the grounds which is great (no dead zones), was able to stream Roku/Hulu. Will stay here again just for a quick weekend get away. Good price for self pay. Staff is great, inviting and friendly. Enjoyed walking around the pond.

What fantastic people own and operate this campground. We were travelling across country with 2 folks bicycling from coast to coast. We stopped by without a reservation and they made accommodations for us for the night and even gave an us unexpected discount.

The shower/laundry/restroom building was GREAT. Showers and toilet areas were large and very clean. ALL was well maintained. An exceptional nights rest on the journey.

I lived here for 8 months and loved it. I was very sad to leave. Very tranquil and beautiful place. Owned by a good family. Excellent bath house. Good neighbors. It is located in between Austin and Houston, just outside the lovely city of Brenham. I will be coming back for sure. Super affordable. I can’t recommend it enough. You will have the choice of lots with no trees or with lots of trees. And the newer area of the campground offers the biggest size lots I’ve ever seen in an RV Park. If you’re in the area don’t forget to stop and stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

When we were looking for a place to overnight, we found this place online, read the reviews, called to ask about rates and availability and made a reservation. Upon arrival, we found the harsh reviews of this campground to be too critical. This place is affordable, well kept and very freindly. We are happy we chose this place. Very roomy, easy hookup and easy to manuever. Base your choice to stay here on the positive reviews. I'm very happy we did.

Really nice park. Everything is as good or better than we expected. There are quite a few monthly workers staying here right now so park is pretty full but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely return.

Great little place! I am traveling cross country by bicycle and needed a place to camp for the night. The owner was very nice, and allowed me a safe quiet spot underneath the trees. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone traveling by bicycle or RV in need of a nice place to stay.

Called before hand and asked about dumping. 10.00 and used an empty site. Owner came and spoke with me and was very friendly. Once he learned I was veteran he pointed me to his website and stated next time I come thru please consider stay with them and receive a 10% discount. The spots are large the park is clean and plenty of shady spaces as well as sunny spots. Next time I visit I will be staying here. Safe Travels

Self service RV park. Very clean and quiet. This was my second stay here. Free Wifi. Site was 28.00 for a 30amp hookup. Nice showers and laundry

I was leaving Sherwood Forest Festival and I found this place on my way back to Houston. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and his rates were very reasonable. The RV slots were very nice and there is a lake in the back to walk around.
I only had to clean my tanks on my RV but I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We stayed here for 2 months during the summer. Nice RV park. The park is quiet and well maintained. Spots are nice and shady, which was nice in the Texas heat. Would definately stay again.

Showers look awesome plenty of space between RVs.....not run down at all....fishing pond....tucked away from the road but still close enough for delivery and to town washers and dryers onsite seemed really quiet

The Artesian RV Park restrooms are very clean stock with hand pump soap and paper towels have quite a few pull throughs and back ins the staff at the RV Park very friendly and very courteous. At the present time they are extending the part to add additional RV sites complete with showers restrooms and laundromat and Banquet Hall.

Starting a new life! Wayne good man! He owns the place! Respectful and kind professional!!! I'm looking forward to living there!!! GOD sent!!!

Place is fabulous. clean facilities,great park, great place for parties. Very quiet and peaceful .has a catch and eat lake that is beautiful. Place is kept up very nice.
