Stacy/Staci in the Merchandising department was awesome! She helped me pick out three different options to complete my repair job and talked me through each option. Ultimately, the idea I had for the repair wouldn't have worked so she showed me a better way to get a much better result. Thanks Home Depot for making sure someone like her is around to help out your customers!

Almost always wonderful staff every time we go and product selection! They let me bring my big dog in and also gave me free scrap wood once. Never an issue with returns either.

Outstanding customer service from Bill -supervisor for outdoor equipment. He stood out in the 100 degree plus hot weather to help me fix some outdoor equipment I purchased. The wheels were rubbing on the equipment and he went completely out of his way to help me fix the minor issue before I left the store. “Building a good customer experience does not happen by accident. My go-to home improvement store. Nice staff that help you find things and get what you need to do a job right. The prices are consistently lower for what I buy and I always try to things being clearanced for really good pricing. Use their app in store mode to find things--it gives you the aisle and bin number to make quick trips when you have to get in and out. Online there is often free In-store pickup or delivery. Just get it delivered to your house...less chance of things getting damaged although it can take a couple days longer. If you do in-store pickup they have a two hour window to pick your order. Do not show up 5 minutes after ordering...that's not cool--wait for that "your order is ready" text or email.

Austin, Robert, and Bill were all fantastic. They are all knowledgeable and very helpful. I went to Lowe’s today and couldn’t get any help, I went in Home Depot and had multiple workers helping us. Great customer service.

It's rare to get good customer service any more, much less excellent, but we found it at this store today. We had trouble locating an item we needed and Rick went above and beyond to find it for us and make sure the price was right. So helpful! Our cashier, Julie, was very friendly and personable. They both left a great impression of Home Depot.

Was having a problem finding the product I needed. Store associate Brooks was super helpful!! He stayed with me till we found the item I needed and then helped me with the purchase and receipt. This was a great experience and he was a wonderful young man to help me out. Thanks Brooks! You deserve a raise for your customer relations!!

Very happy with my visit. Tonya Holley was pleasant to speak with. She also informed me that today 12/5/19 was the last day of Thanksgiving sales. Was a great deal on this appliance.

Always well stocked, well staffed store. I've been making some upgrades to my home and have not had any issues finding what I need/want and customer service is excellent.

The staff is super nice. On my last visit I was asking what did I need to make a jewelry display. Jackson took my purchases and put them together for me. I left there with my display completed. Saved me from trying to do it myself without the proper tools. Life savers.

We bought several bags of mulch on sale and the really nice guy gave us a couple of pallets to help with the garden. Yeah good place to shop. Nuff said...

Visited Home Depot in Florence, AL yesterday to purchase wood and paint. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the outstanding customer service. The employees were helpful without us asking for assistance in loading the products. They made eye contact, welcomed us several times when we entered the store, asked if there was anything we needed help with, and was courteous and appreciative! Where do you find this quality staff anymore? Thank you Home Depot management for having such an awesome group of employees. Keep up the good work.
