Quick diagnosis. Sent text with a link to testing/inspection notes. Another with link to estimates. Able to accept/reject line items. Work finished same day. Could not have been easier. Keith was very nice & took time to talk through things. Great experience!

Let's be honest, nobody likes having to go in to get their car repaired. They don't like to spend the money, and they never really want to trust what the mechanic is saying is right. I purposely come to this meineke in Troy because I always feel like the guys are shooting me straight. This time I was pleasantly delighted to find a train table for my 3-year-old to play with, just adding to the experience. If I had to recommend a mechanic shop to come to, it would be meineke and Troy!

All the mechanics I call were booked out until after June 10th. Cal and Keith got me in that day, and fixed my issues at a very reasonable price. Thanks fellas.

I called to find out how much it would be to have my car looked at considering it wasn’t running correctly and some sort of burning smell… Cal told me to bring it in and they would figure it out for me! It wasn’t long before I received a call telling me what is wrong with it. He was very straight forward and professional… I will be bringing it back in to have it fix within a month or so!!

Had a slow leak in my tire. Quickly diagnosed and repaired. Very good service 👏 👍

Always receive excellent service. Fair pricing and military discount. Last visit, took me out to car while it was on the lift and pointed out a few things that needed attention. But, they didn't pressure me that it needed fixed immediately. Actually recommend I take car to a specialist that is experienced in sports cars.

Tom the owner really went the extra mile for me and coordinated battery replacement issues with OReilly where puurchased only 6 mos prior. Trunk batteries in Chrysler 300s are unique. I’m most grateful as I have been ill from chemo. Blessings to Meineke and thanks Taylor who helped me too!

Needed new tires quick for a family vacation on a new car with factory defective tires Cal set us up with same day service on a new set of Goodyear all-weather tires-- thanks Cal --You have a new customer

I called while I was just a few minutes away and they were able to get me in for an oil change in no time at all. Very good price for oil change as well.

Easy scheduling online, got in quickly and they treated me great taking care of my tire.

Thank you for listening to my concerns, and quickly figuring out my fuel induction issue. Not only did Tom recommend the exact service (just a cleaning) required but also took the time to walk me through his troubleshooting process. He even identified a severe tire pitting issue i had missed and quickly sorted it out for me. Would definitely recommend Meinike in Troy, IL to anyone!

Had to have my car towed to an out of my area repair shop because I broke down on the interstate. My son-in-law suggested Meineke in Troy, IL, because a. that's where I was headed (where my kids live) and b. because he had used them before and was very happy with the service he had received. It was a great choice. I was worried I may have to wait a couple of days, but they repaired my car next day and I was back in business. Easy check in, easy follow up and review of services online and very nice service people at this actual Troy location. Did diagnostics, called for my ok, said it would be at most by end of day, but by midday I had my car back. I would recommend the Troy Illinois Meineke for any type of service!

Professional, efficient service. Was able to take care of a broken wheel bearing in less than one hour and got me back on my way.

Meinecke Representatives were very helpful in finding out the issues with my vehicle. They had the piece in stock that I needed to repair my . Very nice and professional .

I needed someone to take a look at my brakes and rotors because they were pulsing when I used the brakes. They replaced what needed to be replaced and the brakes are working properly now. Very good service! Very nice employees! Thanks guys!

My family has used this Meineke store for years and we would not wish to go anywhere else. They’ve managed several of our individual cars over the years/changes and even helped solve difficult problems with my previous car because of the efforts and research of their workers. Tom, Matt and the team are always friendly, honest, and willing to give whatever advice and instruction they have for the best interest of your car even if it means being honest about the best place to get services for your cars specific needs/lifetime even if it’s not with them. Even though I have long left and moved away to a different state, I found myself feeling more calm/confident when my car began experiencing troubles when visiting my parents this weekend knowing it was in the hands of this team. I’ll always feel grateful for their years of help for me and my family!
