Luke's Inside Out

We ordered the cow, the shrimp, the chicken and the boujee burger. Do yourself a favor and order the boujee burger! All others were good but that burger earned them the five stars in my books.
We wanted to try the rabbit sandwich but they no longer sell it 😔.

We sat at The Gibson bar and they brought our food over there. *Not judging Luke's Inside Out by the Gibson's slow service on drinks*

Heard about this online. Freakin Delicious burger! Angus beef was a bit rare for my taste but i ate it anyway. Fries were crispy and I had him add parmesan. Highly recommended!

Staying in South Lamar and wanted to stay fairly local so I looked up what places to go to, and Luke's instantly jumped to the top of my list. They did not disappoint, I ordered their special which was the Beef Tenderloin and it was spectacular, the tenderloin was so flavorful, juicy, and overflowing. They give you all of your money worth, one of the better food trucks I've ever been to.

Holy wow, this is THE place to try in Austin!!! Stop reading this review, navigate to Luke's, then resume reading while you are in line deciding what amazing things to put in your mouthhole. Luke is phenomenal, and the dishes he creates are unparalleled...in this dimension or the next! Seriously, I hope by now you are reading this while enjoying some of the amazing, and agreeing with every bite. I don't always eat amazing things in Austin Texas, but when I do, they are at Luke's inside out! I highly recommend the seahorse ovaries. Luke knows. Now check out these photos:

If you want a good burger, ditch fast food & come here… they’ve got a DAMN good burger and it’s made well and has a big patty. We also ventured out and tried the chefs special and it was stellar… totally random but so good. Also, one of the workers, Brian, was so friendly and even gave me some local suggestions. Highly recommend.

While visiting Austin I decided to try this place out (was hungry and in the mood for burger). The burgers they made were one of the best I've ever had.

The Italian roll is amazing!!! Get it! The veggies, the meat, the roll! 😍😍 just the best meal I had in Austin!

We also had the church lady burger. It would’ve been good if it hadn’t had what amounted to waaaaaaay too much mayonnaise. Like two tablespoons worth. I would recommend asking for none or for it on the side.

Oh. My. God. This was THE BEST burger I have ever had!

I've had Luke's several times now, both menu items and specials, and every time it is insanely delicious--so delicious, I don't know how anyone could leave a negative review. Today the crispy fish tacos were AMAZING (the mushrooms in the taco are definitely unexpected but genius), and my SO loved the Laredo burger, which he said had a crispy taco shell on the inside. In terms of regulars, I also like their falafel (veggie) sandwich. Definitely check this place out! Worth the price!

Every single time I've been to Luke's Inside Out, I've been thoroughly impressed. Everyone says the rabbit is the best thing on the menu and after trying it, I have to say I agree.

Also, the ribs and burgers are fantastic and should not be overlooked. Try this place before it blows up and becomes another Austin eatery with an hour + wait.

Can't recommend enough. Try the rabbit with fries, get a beer from Gibson, sit on the outside patio, and take it all in.

Super wow on point. The seasonings are PERFECT, in a way i havent had from a public place in a long time. I got the burger w salad and the pork w love slaw and chips. The salad dressing was eye opening in the best way. It was one of the nicer salads i've been served w apple slices that taste organic. The greasiness on the burger hit the spot for satiation and mouth nom. And the spinach instead of lettuce just makes sense. I cant wait to have more room available to munch out in the pulled pork. My ppl are from the Memphis region, and this sandwich would make them proud.

I love Luke's. The food never fails to impress me, especially coming from such a petite trailer. The owner is usually lingering around Gibson and is more than welcoming. He comes up with great combinations that are making my mouth water just thinking of them now. The service is quick and the food is awesome. I like that you can place an order and they will bring it to you while you are enjoying a beer in Gibson.

Somehow still kind of a hidden gem. Love to place a Togo and grab a drink at Gibson while we wait. Haven’t had anything I haven’t liked. Chicken sandwich and burger are the gotos but really everything is amazing. Trust in the daily specials.

Best burger I've ever eaten in my life.
The meat is juicy, meaty in flavor, peppery, and at some points has a crunchy crust. It's a little messy, but I'd rather eat a delicious dripping burger than a dry flavorless meat stack.

The burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had! It was juicy, and had the right amount of toppings. I got the chips with parmesan and they were good, but I feel anything next to that burger is just second best. I can't wait to get another one!

The Cow is the best sandwich in Austin. If that isn't true I'd like to hear what is. Simply delicious: perfectly savory, fresh veggies, warm bun, and a hearty coleslaw to go with it. Absolute fire.

Always, always, ALWAYS the best choice in this neck of the woods. May I recommend THE SHRIMP....like no other!

These are probably the best gourmet burgers I have tasted in Austin. The feel of the place is so laid back and everyone that works there is always very chill and nice. The burger meat is perfectly juicy and marinated. The chips they serve have parmesan cheese baked on to them which gives them such an original taste! BRB...I need to go get me some Luke's Inside Out..

I went in not really knowing what to try out and Luke recommended to try the fish sandwich. It came with pepper fries and omg it's a great sandwich (apparently it's a Vietnamese river fish). Who knew that such flavor can be found in this unassuming food truck!

Szechuan chicken sandwich is the best and they'll bring the food to your table at the bar next door if you want to grab a drink. Brunch options are good as well. Service is quick and the staff is always very friendly.
