Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Westlake

My first time here and I love it! Amazing people running the place, very friendly and they make you feel right at home. I was amazed at how well they do this eventhough they were running low on staff at this location. Doctor Shulman is amazing, can't do for a better PCP. Usually weekdays are free with no wait at all. The place is super clean and well maintained and the clinic chain is well renowned and well rated. I'll definitely go back for my annual checkups and emergencies. If you are looking for a PCP or a health clinic, you will love BSW. They even have an app to keep track of everything. Enough parking available outside the clinic.

If you can overlook some of the headaches everywhere is experiencing with personnel, Paige was phenomenal for PT and just a great person all around. She saw me after shoulder/bicep surgery and with her help, my recovery was ahead of schedule. She genuinely cared and knew her stuff. She also could pinpoint my personality and help me hold back in order to not injure myself again. I would highly recommend Paige for your PT needs. She was professional with every encounter and wanted to ensure that I was progressing and doing the various exercises properly. She was prompt for each appointment so my waiting was very limited. Again, highly recommend!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars because they deserve it! I am the type that often avoids medical stops because the experience is miserable and I do not like interacting with people that seem to make me feel bad about things that are going on. This place did the exact opposite. The staff was not only professional but made the experience fun! I know it is hard to believe but I left the clinic with a huge smile and actually enjoyed my time in the office. Seriously if you are looking for a great clinic that clearly cares about their patients then look no further! Also, they have an in-office clinic for bloodwork which makes life 100x easier. The nurse that took my blood even had a variety of "Where's Waldo" comics on the wall to distract me from the needle. This place is full of good people and a great place to go for your medical needs!

Great staff, Doc is great, low to no wait time, most if not all appointment's can be made for same day. Awesome place.

Lance was really helpful with my chronic shoulder pain. Took me down from a 7 to a 2 with 3 visits.

Horrible experience at the front desk area. Appointment at 330pm and showed up at 3:33 pm due to an accident. Had to wait in line due to people in front of us at reception and when finally checked in at 3:40 we were told we wouldn’t be able to be seen due to them double booking an appointment after us. Lobby was completely empty and soonest appointment after this was a month away when we needed refills on medication soon. Absolute joke of a policy to deny people when they are a late by a few minutes (I would understand more if it was 30+) especially when we had to wait to check in due to their only being one receptionist checking in multiple people. Avoid this place and their backward policies.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I go in to see Angela Morton (PA-C) on Wednesday with cough, fever and chills. They take swabs and I still haven't seen results after 24 hours. My whole family is sick today (Thursday). My husband and two kids. I call to schedule appointments. They can see one kid and that's it. I apparently need three appointments and they don't have any more today. They cannot work in my husband and my other kid even though they all have the exact same symptoms as I have had last three days. I speak to the doctor on call today (Dr. Jacqueline Angerstein) who suggests I find a different provider and cuts the call! Shame on you! You have forgotten what it is to be a care provider and exist only to make money. I will not be going back here again. Heed the other 1 star reviews. They are definitely only for profit and not truly interested in providing any care. I easily got in at a different facility for all three family members within the same half hour appointment slot.

Customer/front desk service at this location is one the most unprofessional and unapologetic I have encountered. After ~1.5 years as a patient at this location, I am unfortunately establishing care elsewhere due to consistent miscommunications and lack of accountability from the staff. Particularly disappointing as a long standing BSW patient.

Very poor experience. Frankly I felt as if the lady at the front singled me out and discriminated against me. She told me I had to wear a mask even though I counted 6 other people not wearing a masks several of which were employees. I’m not sick, I have no symptoms of Covid or the flu. I asked her why she wasn’t enforcing her mask policy for everyone and she refused to answer. I also politely asked to see the policy and she refused to provide it. I was forced to sit in the waiting area while my partner was seen for their appointment all the while unmasked patients and employees walked freely around from the front to rear of the office. I don’t mind wearing a mask but if you’re not going to enforce it for everyone then what’s the point.

Horrible service… truly, mind bogglingly poor. Bsw is obviously only concerned with profit and couldn’t care less for its patience or providing any actual services for them. I literally CANT make an appointment. They won’t call back or respond to messages, and you can’t contact providers directly. This has been going on for months. So enjoy all that insurance money Bsw… lord knows you won’t be providing anything in return for it! Free money!! Avoid this scam establishment at all costs… I unfortunately am saddled with them for the rest of the year.

Almost nothing went right here. I took my newborn for his first follow-up after being discharged from the hospital. They measured our son's length incorrectly by almost a full inch (the measurement was shorter than it was at birth), then gave us a printout about how his head is disproportionately large based on that measurement, even though it isn't. They ordered a blood test at a location that did not have the equipment to do blood tests on infants and that was not even familiar with how it is done. The exam room was so hot that my wife and I were sweating. I called to ask about a different lab to get the test done, was placed on hold, and the call disconnected, but I did not get a call back. Dr. Pena was nice, but that is really the only positive I can think of. The answers we got to our questions were vague and we had to dig and ask several questions to get detailed information. I do not recommend taking your child here.

Don’t see Dr Pena-Delgado, MD. I got covid 19 scheduled a telemedicine appt and she acted like I was wasting her time. The call dropped and she didn’t call back had someone else call to say sorry the internet went out. I asked if she can fill out a physician form for out of work disability claim and have been asking for 5 days now for it. I finally get a response that it was faxed to the insurance company. Turns out the fax never went through. So I’m still waiting for the form to complete my claim. I just had a baby, been out of work for 12 weeks , had eclampsia, now covid and out another 10 minimum days all unpaid and all I need is the form completed by her to complete a claim for my insurance so my family isn’t going without some sort of income and this lady couldn’t care less. It takes 3 mins

Came in to get a blood test. Went through normal check in then was told the blood drawing person wasn’t there. They “made” me a appointment at another location. When I got there they told me I had no appointment.

The lady at the front desk is very unhelpful and rude. I should have read the reviews here and dont bother with this location. My mistake.
