I have a giant semi skittish dog and I had to drop him off to get his check up and shots...because I was required to drop him off, I had to leave him there for as long as I could because I was working...they were amazing with my dog!! They kept telling me that he was great to work with and he was a sweet boy!! Even the cashier in front ( Main store Petsmart)was giving him chicken( treats for training) and getting him to sit before he got his treat...my dog is highly food motivated and responds well to treats...He has been trained and has manners but I was surprised that he responded to a total stranger ...everyone who works at Banfield and Petsmart are all great with our furry babies!

I’ve been going to Banfield for 13years now and absolute have nothing but good things to say about this company. Love they have a health care plan for pets as well.

They are very well mannered and help my kitten out a lot. They take every precaution nesseacary and are always so helpful.

I just wanted to personally and publicly acknowledge the veterinarian team at Oswego, IL Banfield. If I do not list everyone I am sorry and please know I am so grateful for your love and support with Greyson during his Kidney failure. Dr. Logan, Dr. Collins, Alex .H., Jessie, and Alex .R. and team thank you so very much for loving Greyson and taking care of him when he was so sick. I am so grateful for your easy drop off options and your calls while he was in your care letting me know how he was doing. I never felt out of the loop and I was given options and all pricing was explained up front. Thank God for Care Credit because it helps me not worry. I am so glad you all accept it as a payment options so I can be the best Mother to my baby boy.

Bella came in with a stomach bug a couple of months ago and she was cuddled and loved and sent home feeling so much better.

This past Sunday our dog, Frank, declined rapidly. He'd been fighting an illness for two years. Banfield was the only place open and they took exceptional care of Frank and us. It's so hard losing a pet. They were caring and compassionate. 10 stars from us.

Sage had excellent care while being groomed.

I love that they allow walk in's and the doctors and staff are extremely kind and passionate. However, the cost for check ups and medicine is a bit high. Otherwise it's really great for emergencies.

Very caring during a very sad time for us. Allowed us as much time that we needed with no pressure or impatience.

Glad they were there on a Sunday to help with a split Dew Claw nail that needed to be removed. Very quick and efficient service. Only thing would have liked was to be with my dog during exam and procedure. Jazzy was back to normal within 24 hours. Thank you Dr Sepoy and crew.

I've had 3 fur babies seen here. Taking a new pup today. I love the service they provide. Our cat Sharon passed away a few months ago and the team was so compassionate. Just what we needed during that difficult time.

9/2021 I fainted at the front desk super embarrassing but Sophia was able to help me. She went above and beyond grabbed me snacks, water and a fan. It was very sweet of her. She helped keep me calm and made the checking out process for my pets easier.

We've been using Banfield for the past 4 years and the Oswego location has become our home. The staff is so wonderful, especially when you have a sick dog. They calm me and take such great care of him. I recommend for sure!

I have used Banfield since 2001 and have never had any issues. They are always kind. The first Banfield I went to was in Darien and now this location for the passed few years. The insurance they have is very helpful especially if your pet eats something they are not supposed to lol. They are a great team and also check back with you just to make sure all is well.

Veterinary care is amazing! The staff takes the time to get to know our pets as well as our family. I am grateful for them, and the excellent preventive care they've provided for Daisy and Foxie

Thus place was my life saver. I went through a whole ordeal getting my pup spayed thrpugh another banfield location. The other place gave me the run around fpr 6 months untill i finally decided to transfer. I brought my little girl to Dr. Knight and had no problems. Shes an amazing doctor that knows her stuff. My dog has a common disease known as MDR-1 which makes her sensative to some medications and Dr. Knight was able to work around that and my pups surgery ended in success. Thank you Dr. Knight and all the staff that cared for my little aussie!

Once again Dr Cogenie was GREAT. He really cares about animals and about what we want as pet owners. They answered all my questions and helped me make decisions. Oswego Banfield Pet Hospital has taken care of my dog many many times and in the past has saved her from liver failure. Dr Knight also has help us with the passing of our last dog and I would not trust anyone else to help us through this time when it comes time again. Christina/Lesleigh/Melissa /Rondi/Andi/Alex have all been amazing ever time I come. Some of them even remember our little doggie and how sick she was.

Completely trust the vets and staff with my fur babies! They are clear and concise when explaining treatment plans, medications, and important next steps.

I drive over an hour to bring my pet here. The staff is wonderful and always take good care of her!

The Oswego Banfield has ALWAYS given my pet the best care! The staff is sweet, accommodating, and understanding to a new pet owner. I tried another Banfield in Downers Grove and had a terrible experience, but Oswego is a night and day difference. I will make the drive to ensure my pet is cared for properly and safetly. Thank you Oswego Banfield Staff!

Mrs. Knight is the best!!! We takes care of Duke and she truly cares about him. I wish I could do more than a 5 star rating.
