The new managers have totally turned this place around! For the better! Racheal is awesome! The employees greet you with a smile and are kind and not rude to customers.

When eat in order, please provide customers in tray vise paper bag. It is very unprofessional and uncustomery to eat inside with your food in the bag . Thank you.

Ice cream machines never are working çan never get the kids a promised vanilla cone..

Good hot fresh burger fries and nuggets, they have good sweet tea

I stopped because I was craving a good biscuit. They ran out! Guess I didn't need it anyway. I got an egg mcmuffin and it was still really good.

I didn't eat here but my family did. They said it was really good.

Went inside to pick up take out. Quick and friendly service. If your hungry for a quick meal or snack, McDonald's is usually always on your way.

Nice store, very good food. Orders have been correct, and done properly. They have an indoor play place for the kids with a separate dinning area in it, which helps keep the noise down in the inside dinning area.

This is the best McDonald's in the area, I avoid 3 of the others here because the food quality is sub-par. The fries and buns are always fresh at this location. Service is usually pretty fast, even if you have to pull out if the drive thru for a moment and wait.

McDonald's in Florence always makes a hard day easy Great Chow fresh hot coffee I can always turn to them when I'm in need of a stress reliever in my day

I usually go around lunch time... Its the freshest. 3/30/2022 I have no complaints tonight. Fresh food and awesome service!!

I usually have breakfast at
McDonalds each day. Most of the time they are prepared but occasionally they can't get the restaurant prepared with a full menu early in the morning.

Fast and correct drive thru. Brenda in drive thru is awesome.very friendly always such a sweet person

5 stars for customer service from Tyler. This guy is an all star and deserves a raise! Great attitude and friendly every day I see him there. He makes a huge difference, thanks Tyler!! Everyone should go to this mcdonalds and say howdy

Fast. Friendly. Great place to go for a quick lunch and let the children play. Their play place they have for the kids is so awesome. My 4 year old daughter rather go to this McDonald's, than the McDonald's on Cloverdale road any day..... (I know the rules says children only.... But Even I got up in the play place & played w her :) come on!!! Its fun. Even if your a 29 year old mother. Its fun) p.s McDonald's should change the age rules to the play place....

Love the McDonald's with the play area. Employees are courteous and helpful. Go there often so my babies can enjoy playing and meeting other children, also the coffee is great.

We had the very best iced vanilla latte here. Better than Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts and inferior only to home made and a little locally owned place called Cozy Cabin.

I enjoy going to Moulton's McDonald. They are normally quick about getting your order,taking your money,then giving your food.Even short staffed they can get your order then have you on your way pretty quickly. Thanks McDonald's.

I was Very pleased today when I went to McDonald's I had the most precious speaking lady talking to me she made me feel like I was the president of the world so polite and sweet her name was I think it was Keslee ,C was so precious and Take care of me like I was an invalid re sweet very nice I wish to head a restaurant with 5 or 6 of her I would make many dollars ,If you guys wanna appreciate somebody for doing a good job I nominate Keslee
