Gambit Fitness - CrossFit Gambit

Visited as a drop in with 2 friends in town. Loved how open, bright, and clean it was when we entered. We were welcomed by Brian and registered. Coach Suzanne came over, made us feel ant home and was a huge supporter from the beginning to the end of the work out. The work out was hard but awesome! You can tell it's an amazing, supportive community. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to coming back!

Andrew and Kelley have created an excellent environment to meet your fitness goals. Whether you are new to CrossFit or a Games athlete, you will feel at home at Gambit. Great coaching and great community. Huge facility with clean, high-quality equipment.

INCREDIBLE looking space, very well used and set up. Huge workout area, this really cool like raised sitting area where you can watch the class before yours suffer through the workout. Real must see place, former games athletes have worked their tails off there!

I’ve been going to this gym for a couple years now and never before have a found a gym that genuinely cares about ones individual progress and fitness goals. I was fortunate to have a meeting with some of their staff about my goals and talk about programs to help me achieve my goals.
On top of that, for every class there is a cap of participants to ensure that there is a level of personal check ins from the coach teaching. No two workouts are the same and the programming is brilliantly designed to improve one’s overall fitness. I’ve never been bored and that consistant challenge to do better keeps me coming back, that alongside the outstanding support from all the members and staff has been so beneficial. When I was going through a hard time I got an email from a staff member to check in and that is the level of care you will get if you go to Gambit.

Gambit’s coaches are so welcoming & knowledgeable. I was nervous when I started, having never done CrossFit before, and they immediately put me at ease. I am always able to get the coaching help I need with scaling options & was to improve on my technique. It’s a welcoming & inclusive gym - I highly recommend!

Have been going to Gambit since it was literally in the garage down the street from the gigantic space they are in now, and while the amount of space and equipment has changed, the coaching and people have always been best-in-class from the start and the reason I still go here the last 8 years.

Whether you are scaling the hell out of all of the workouts, learning the basics, or if you are trying to be at peak condition for a competition, Andrew, Kelley, and the superb coaches are going to help you and give you what you need to hit your goals. Gambit Fitness is more than a gym it is a community and a family. There is outreach and support for all ages and fitness levels. My mom retired 3 years ago and started attending the masters class 3 days a week! She is stronger than she’s ever been and even better we get to workout together.

Staff and friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are clean and updated. The members are welcoming and sometimes you will see a gym dog walking around. 5/5 for the gym. 10/5 for the dogs.

A one of a kind gym! Gambit's coaches are so knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone is friendly and always very welcoming. I love that I am able to drop in more frequently. The gym atmosphere is so positive, and Andrew knows how to raise some talented athletes!

Gambits staff and community are amazing, but really, I stay for Joel Laney, if I had only one complaint, it would be that when Joel pops the top, the AC isn't strong enough to keep the gym from getting too hot.

While on business in St. Louis I was fortunate to find this box. Being fairly new to the sport of CrossFit, I was a bit apprehensive since I don’t know many of the techniques. Cory was the instructor and he did an amazing job keeping everyone motivated while also taking time to spend some one on one time with me.

Great experience and I look forward to coming back in March !

Great gym! I dropped in for an open gym session today and loved it! The coaches and regulars made me feel welcome and at home. Definitely recommend CrossFit Gambit if you are looking for a good gym with good people!

I purchased a Groupon for CrossFit Gambit's 6-week introductory class package.
It was easily the best groupon I have ever purchased. It was also one of the best
Crossfit experiences I have ever had.

Though the facility is a bit cozy, the layout is efficient and the equipment is all there.
Class size is limited, which also helps. Matt Martin was my instructor for the introductory series course that was necessary before I could take normal classes. These introductory classes covered equipment use and movement like using a kettlebell.

Matt was very professional and approachable. His instruction was clear and precise.
Modifications were offered when necessary, and good form was stressed. My classes were filled with friendly people and difficult, but doable work.

I don't often have a good experience with groupon, but this one was nothing short of awesome because of Crossfit Gambit. I thought everyone here should know how happy I am with my experience.

Very clean gym with motivated coaches. Very welcoming community. Love the pride events.
