Vincent's 12th Street Market

Every time I come here I feel welcome. They go out of their way to provide amazing customer service and have things in stock. Their meat department is top tier. The gentleman working at night actually went and found what I was looking for. You don't get this kind of attention at any other store. Vincent's is worth every penny. A local gem.

Always great! Great meat selection ! Good to have them in the neighborhood, and would love them to get a wider variety of products similar to Whole Foods or other higher end grocery market. 🏆Getting better items now too!

How did we not know about this amazing neighborhood grocery? It’s so cool! I grew up with an old time family grocery and this place is the real deal. The meat counter with a real butcher is heaven. The meat is fresh and beautiful and extremely well-priced. So happy to finally find this little gem in Soulard/Benton Park!

Lovely community store and historic Soulard area of St. Louis. This store is easy to get to you, very friendly, and always seems to have what I need. Such as today I’m going to make white chicken chili, and they had all the ingredients I needed. They have alcohol, chips, all kinds of meat for Bbq’ing. It’s way easier for me to get in and get out of the store then running to a larger store. They also sell local products. Which is nice.

Prices are far from the lowest but the concept/history is great, the products are quality, and the butcher shop is great.

Nice clean place and very friendly staff !! I was looking for some pure cane soda's like Sugar Fires sells in thier place for $$. Found the same thing and some other similar brands for reasonable price. They knew thier stuff. Parking was ok at the time i got thier but a small lot with street parking.

Also recommanded some beers to take home to my freinds. Place date back to early 1900ish according to the plaque out front. Very nice and pretty neighborhood !!! The houses were all pretty and kept up. Some people even use golf carts down thier how cute. Seldom give 5 stars but I even rate when service is great.

There is so much to love about Vincent's. The fresh meat counter, the great prices on produce, the nice alcohol and wine selection, the amazing Saturday meat specials, and so much more. Small town grocery store in the heart of Soulard. It's the kind of place where if you shop there enough, they greet you by name. And I get to support my local small business, which makes me happy.

Meat counter was very nice for such a small market. We stayed at an Air BnB in the area and were looking for some place close for a few groceries. Pork chops were excellent and the fresh produce was nice to have. Prices were very reasonable. Not a huge selection, but the items they carry are all the things you would want so it's not a problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything you need (mostly) at a fair price. The butcher shop is great; they can cut what you need if it's not in the counter. The beer and wine selection is -way- beyond what you might expect. This is a fantastic neighborhood store, and Soulard is fortunate to have it. 100+ years in the business, congratulations!

Great little grocery store for items that you need in a hurry. I have lived in the neighborhood for four years now and have never had a bad experience. It also has a pretty decent wine selection with wine tastings from time to time. I would highly recommend any thing from the meat counter. Never been disappointed.

This is a terrific small market in the neighborhood. We find ourselves here all the time, whether it's to just pick up a couple snacks, or get a larger amount of groceries. It's always clean and organized with a great selection for many items. Love Vincent's!

Has bone marrow and liver cheap

Little shop has all the staples and a variety of everything else. Most prices are higher than average, but they are the only option in that neighborhood. Definitely beats driving ti a farther location for a few items.

Excellent neighborhood grocery store with plenty of variety and reasonable prices. Friendly staff. They have an excellent beer and wine selection. The manager of the department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!

Love the Vincent's Market some the best meats besides the Soulard Market but hey that's really only open on Saturdays. I recommend the pork chops and steaks they have the best pork steaks in the Lou. That said I running up there now to grab some stuff for dinner night and tomorrow.

My first visit was 1965 to Vincent's market with my mom and now I went back and it was totally different but I still remember the memories I had there.

The times of the pandemic and getting necessities is stressful. Living in soulard and having Vincent’s has been such a blessing. They are well stocked and have a good produce and meat selection.

Vincent's is a somewhat larger neighborhood grocery store, and much better overall quality than most. We shop at Schnuck' s, Costco, Soulard Market, Kenrick Meats (on Bayless), and Vincent's. Vincent carries a good selection of meat, fruit, frozen pizza, beer, wine, and routine to better in all other categories. Everyone who works for Vincent is friendly and helpful. He always has good holiday offerings such as at Thanksgiving and Christmas. For Mardi Gras and patriotic holidays, count on great party and booze offerings.

Best meats in town. I love the vibe of the place; been shopping there for 11 years. Ain't cheap but it's a great little place
