Singing River Dentistry

This was my first visit at Singing River Dentistry and I saw Dr. Patel, she allowed me to make my own decisions regarding next steps and did not pressure me in my choices. Her assistant was so kind and sweet but unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She really made me feel less anxious and talked me through what was going to happen. The lady who worked with billing was also very nice and kind too!

I highly recommend Singing River. Kellyn did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. What made me feel more comfortable was that she was very sweet, gentle and caring. This means a lot to me. Dr. Patel is a wonderful dentist who is very confident and does a wonderful job and cares about her patients. Staff is always smiling and welcoming!

My wife and I went to the Singing River Helton Drive office today and experienced the most wonderful time! The entire office is one of the most friendly, courteous, kind, caring and professional dental offices we have ever been to. 👍 👍 If you are new to the area or have lived in the Shoals all your life then we highly recommend you stop in and experience the same great time we did. 🙂 Thanks to y'all for making our visit memorable!

My first time to meet the doctor, she was very sweet and kind and at the same time very professional, and so was Vanessa, Vanessa is just such a very special person, and such a truly professional hygienist. And I cannot not mention sweet Jessica who is the first encountered and always so upbeat. Just a great crew.

Fairly new to this dentist & I gotta say, they are awesome!! Just had a pretty major procedure done yesterday and they were able to get the surgery done and my permanent tooth on in the same day. I’ve never had that happen anywhere else. The staff is super friendly from the moment you open the door. I would recommend the singing river on Helton Drive to anyone! Can’t speak for other places but the one on Helton Drive is GREAT! A++

I was nervous as I had been a patient of Dr. McClanahan’s for many, many years. Dr. Patel was great and made sure that I was satisfied (it was a front tooth!). Looked great, matched perfect. Staff was great too!

My visit to Singing River Dentnistry on Helton Drive was great. From Jessia's warm greeting entering the office. Heather doing an excellent and professional job on cleaning and examining my teeth. Dr. Patel's overview, examination and comments on how they could improve my current dental situation. All was very courteous and professional! Great job by all!!! THANK YOU!!

Kaitlin cleaned my teeth and did a great job. She is very nice.

I was incredibly nervous about going back to the dentist after losing Dr.McClanahan, then a cracked crown forced me back. Dr. Patel and the ladies there eased my anxiety and made sure my comfort was priority. They worked me in and got me taken care of the same day! I was more than thankful to see Vanessa and some other familiar faces! While it was different going back, the treatment was the same, and for that I am grateful!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Vanessa, my hygienist is a great person and good at her job. I also like Dr.Patel. She is a good dentist.

Dr. Patel worked me in for a cracked tooth that had to be extracted. She was very easy to talk with and took time to explain my tooth replacement options. I was happy to hear that she will be a consistent doctor at the Helton location for continuity of care.

Another amazing experience! I had to get a crown put on. I was a little nervous at first but Sydney and Dr Patel made me feel right at home! If you’re on the fence about giving this place a dry go ahead and do it! You will not regret it!! Thank you for taking care of me!!

Broke a tooth on a McDonald's McMuffin over the weekend, found out my dentist was going to be closed all week so I left an emergency message with Singing River to see if they could get me in. Muscle Shoals wasn't able to until Wednesday but Florence Helton got me in Monday afternoon. I was there maybe 45 minutes, if that. Everyone was so nice and Dr. Patel was gentle (with the shots, lol) and extracted that tooth in seconds!!! Uncomfortable, yes, but she was very kind and asked several times if I was OK! The tooth was too damaged to keep and I knew before I got there I would have to get it extracted. Great, quick visit and have had NO problems with the extraction site since the bleeding stopped. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Patel for making me comfortable and getting me in and out of there! I'm considering making them my regular dentist office!

Heather is the best hygienist!! She is always happy and enthusiastic about seeing her clients. The rest of the staff is so nice and friendly. Love this office, but I do miss Dr. Mc so very much.

Every time I have been there everyone is so nice. They brighten your day. They were very professional and gentle during dental procedures.

I had a filling and a cleaning today and everything went so smoothly! I didn't feel the shot at all and nothing during the filling hurt! Everyone was so kind and compassionate during the appointment. The hygienist that cleaned me was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone!

Dr Patel is amazingly good and efficient!! There was barely any pain during recovery! I have a dental.phobia and her and all the other staff were so kind and easy to talk to!! Absolutely the easiest dental visit I've ever had!
