I was amazed and 100% pleased in every way at this dentist. Dr. Fawcett and all the nurses were extremely sweet, nice, caring and understanding. They really took the time to listen to what I felt was the best treatment for my daughter and understood all my feelings. I will always use this dentist! They are the best!

I'm embarrassed to admit that it had been years since my last dental visit. The staff at Hickory Hills scheduled me an appointment within a week. They made me feel comfortable even though I have neglected my teeth. I look forward to returning for a cleaning. I highly recommend!

We came to Hickory Hills for a second opinion and left completely happy with our results. My son broke multiple front permanent teeth and the dentist we usually use wouldn't fix it for another week and their plan didn't sit well with me. Every staff member we encountered here was friendly and professional. Dr. Faucet told stories of his boys breaking their teeth and that eased my sons nerves. We highly recommend Hickory Hills!

They were phenomenal. They talked me through stuff, gave me a quote on how much it would be before my procedure, gave me options. They even let me keep my tooth! Amazing place and if I ever have an issue again, I will 100% come back here.

I'd highly recommend this office to people who have dental phobias. I do, and I was made comfortable, or as comfortable as I could be made considering my visual impairment and fear by the kind lady who did my dental X-ray. I'm gonna have to go back to get some work done and I'm hoping it'll be with a lot less nerves thanks to the staffs kindness, patients and willingness to answer my questions.

The staff at Hickory Hills is awesome these young ladies go out of there to provide the best experience possible. Was greeted with a big smile and hello when I first walk in. Every staff member there made it a point to speak and make sure my experience was great

From the time I picked up the phone and called, to when I walked in the door the first time and through my root canal procedure, I was taken care of professionally. The office staff is great, the dentist as well. Thank you for working me in as a new patient and taking care of my problem. Looks like I’ve found a new Dentist.

Felt a little rushed but the staff was extremely polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this office. They took great care of me very quickly.

I have been scared of dentists 4 well over 10 yrs. I dreaded goin in 2day but they ALL made me feel amazing w/out shame 4 the mess my mouth was in. They helped me get the 1 out that was bothering me which @ any other place they would’ve probably looked @ it & sent me 2 surgical center, then helped me come up w a plan 4 the rest!! It was truely amazing compared 2 dealings I’ve had w other dentists!! Thank y’all sooo very much 4 being so kind & helpful!!!

Always friendly, professional and on time! You can feel comfortable regardless of your situation. You won’t find a better dentist in Florence than Dr. Fawcett.

Also if another Dentist office has a perfect 5.0 review record after decades I can’t help but not believe it. No person or practice is perfect or without a single negative review imho.

Dr.Fawcett and his staff are awesome.Super nice bunch of people that actually care about you.They are always super informative and make sure if you have any questions about your dental care or procedures that they answer them for you right then and tell you if you have any problems or concerns to give them a call.Ive never felt this comfortable going to the dentist until I started going to Hickory Hills Dental.I definitely give them a 5 Star.

They did a great job ! I've got to add it's been a day since I had a tooth removed and there has been no soreness at all. Very gentle dentist.

I lost a cap and they got me in very quick
I wasn’t expecting them to fix it the same day they looked at it but they did. The assistant was super sweet very polite. I as usual had a great experience.

I have a fear of the dentist and they always make me feel so comfortable. They gave me a blanket, made sure I felt no pain during my root canal, and even played my favorite music (Morgan Wallen) to make me even more calm. Thank you! Some of the sweetest people! Dr. Faucet is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great Dentist!

They made the entire process great After going to another dentist about some work I needed done and receiving the price. I decided to get another opinion. The problem was corrected the same day Much more reasonable.
