Food was great and so was the service they didn't put dudes jalapeno sauce in bag but all in all a A....thank y'all for being great at what you do..

Its bacon wonderland and I get 2 pieces of bacon on my bacon double cheeseburger. Like what so heartbreaking. The lady says that's all that's allowed you have to pay for more WHAT!!! IT'S BACON WONDERLAND, THIS IS A NORMAL BCB COME ON Y’ALL

We're regular customers of Jack's in Cloverdale Rd, Alabama. We loved their chicken due to their thick breading. But not this time, we went there at 3:30 pm today (2-07-23) my husband had to wait 15 minutes because there wasn't enought left in the tray to complete our order. My husband didn't check our order when it was handed to him because he assumed they cook the chicken in the same way they used to. When we got home & took the chicken out of the box, it was different, the breading was so thin and we were disappointed. If that's the way they're gonna cook there chicken now, we believe we're not coming back there anymore.

In fairness to Jack's, I'm writing another review. The next morning my husband talked to the manager and explain what's going on and she told my husband that they had new crews that time that's why the chicken wasn't cooked the right way and told my husband to come back and she'll change the chicken. I guess the regular crews are in. So my husband returned the chicken he ordered the previous day, and the manager gave us the newly cooked chicken, the breading was thick and crispy like it used to. My husband was happy that the manager took care of the issue, and he even ordered a breakfast to go. So we're giving them a 5 star. The employees are nice and friendly, and the place is clean. We love Jack's chicken, wherever we are, if we're in the mood for chicken, we always prefer Jack's.

We stopped by after JV football game at Shoals Christian School, young lady that waited on us was very helpful and considerate, food was fresh and tasty for a fast food restaurant

They have good food all day long! If you like coke, they serve it, lol I love their breakfast combo and biscuits and gravy are delicious.

There credit card machine wasnt working .. After telling me and my mom that it was declining our cards not there machine for 10 mins..I had to order something online and show them that it was there machine not our cards.. come to find out then that it was company wide problem with there credit card machines. Then they make us go get money from the ATM to get our food.. We get back to get it out food is sitting on counter getting cold I wait another 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me at the counter to pay them. They were rude no apology or anything.. Manager was the rudest and most hateful of them all. Food was good after I warmed it up... But service was terrible.

Stopped in to pick up some food to go and there was some Disney music playing in the back! Everyone was kind and seemed to be moving with a sense of urgency to keep the lines moving. I also noticed the employees were communicating with each other on what they needed. And, as always with Jack's, the food was spot on! Made my brief time there pretty enjoyable!

Clean. Good breakfast platter at a great price. Fast. Ate in. Cashier was new so a little slow, but he was courteous.

Everytime I come here I order at the drive thru and it's always been fast service. Plus, no one beats Jack's cheese burgers. The flavor and quality of the ingredients, how much meat comes on a standard burger and of course the quick and friendly service out performs everybody else hands down. Love the seasoning on the fries too!!
If I may, I'd like to make a suggestion about Jack's fries. Think someone could make an executive decision about making the large fry bigger? Only because when I order a small or a large I really can't tell the difference between the 2 sizes. I'm sure the large is bigger than the small order but you could make it a little bigger right? Either way, it's fine, I just love Jack's fries and want more of them. That's all. Keep up the good work!! Thank you
