The wait was ok due to limited staffing. The food was hot and fresh!!!

This Krystal has been bought out and they are already doing cosmetics to the building and lot. The new GM will be assuming his position on Tuesday May 23rd. He has already looked at these reviews and will assure you that it will be an awesome place to eat and visit. They are now hiring to ensure that they are staffed to be able to open the lobby. The only time the lobby will be closed is due to being understaffed which we are working on this at this time.

They are understaffed, but they let you know if it will take longer than normal. The staff there is very hard working and courteous even when they are not treated respectfully. Food is always on point.

If you got plenty of time to get a good Krystal Burger well you're at the right place. It took a little while but the customer service was awesome. I really like the guys attitude. He kept smiling even though it was busy and he had cars backed up. What do you expect that late at night though. The burgers were still good even after I got home and let him sit there for a while as well. I recommend not doing that with any Burger that you get at a place that starts with an m.

Just like I remember it. The manager is doing a great job. Making the place look better and the food too!

The line was short around 4pm. I ordered the 12pk Krystal meal has 2 fries and two medium drinks. The guy in drive thru was so nice. Krystal's were hot! Great experience!

We went to Krystal's in Florence, on Wednesday, June 16th, and the gentleman working the window that evening, was so polite, so friendly, made a quick and friendly connection with me and my children. After he found out that My husband passed away, he gave my son a short but impactful piece of advice to my 13yr old son and that was "You make sure you take care of your momma and little sister, you look like an amazing young man, so I know you will do right and take care of them." and he also fist bumped my son. I truly don't know if this gentleman knows the wonderful impact he had on us and gave to us. He seemed to be a really amazing and good hearted man. I felt compelled to give him a $10 tip when he gave us our food. I know that's not something most people do in a drive-thru fast food place, but I wanted to show this man a little compassion and thanks for his amazing attitude. If I could have afforded to give him more, I definitely would have. I truly hope the office of Krystal's sees this review sometime and finds out the gentleman that I'm talking about and let's him read this, so he knows how grateful I was to have such a wonderful encounter. Because in this day and time, it's extremely rare to have such a wonderful experience at any place of business anymore, but even more rare to have such a wonderful, positive, big hearted, and sweet person working at your establishment!! That Krystal's is very lucky to have him as an employee of theirs!!! I will never forget this gentleman, I wish I had asked his name. He deserves a raise for his hard work and great attitude and dedication to his job.
I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO THAT KRYSTAL'S AND HOPE I RUN INTO HIM AGAIN!!

Delicious hot Krystals, what could be better!!!

Stopped in with my one yr old and brother, enjoyed every bit of it. Lil Emrie loved her burger so much that the "man manger" had to speak up and comment too. Only wish I had offered them to take a pic of her

Poor guy in there working by himself, busting his butt, felt bad to even order, but my kiddo wanted Krystal's. Dude needs a raise! Great food and fast to be by himself!

There was quite a long wait but the lady working the window was so nice even under pressure from being so busy. She was well mannered and offered free cookies for our wait. The food was Great!

Food was delicious. Employees were great. They were busy and I was told there would be a short wait for my order. They then offered a drink while I waited.

I've ordered Krystal's alot and this was probably only the third time they made the steamer pack like I asked (plain only cheese) thank y'all so much excellent job!

Always LOVE eating at Krystal's Restaurant!! Favorite food is their Chili Cheese Pups! And a HUGE BAG of KRYSTAL Cheeseburgers!! Yummy!! 💗💗💗 Especially at night!! Were MUCH better back in the 1970's and 80's!!

The guy giving out food at the window was do nice and talked to my son about his clarinet bc my son was practicing his when we pulled up. He was very nice.

Even though there is short staff, everyone greeted me and help get my order quickly

Used to Love the burgers but it should be condemned rats running inside the place filthy.
