This place offers the best steak at incredibly reasonable prices. I always go for the Parmesan-crusted top, and it's consistently amazing—tender, perfectly cooked steak every time. The service is also exceptional.

I entered and was seated right away. Friendly staff and the waitress near the bathroom area was fast and efficient. My drink and food came out promptly. The wings were seasoned well but could be a bit more crispy. Steak was medium well to my liking. The potato could use more toppings as a loaded option.

I would eat here again for sure!

It was great the waitress Ashley was very helpful and friendly and understanding when I spilled my strawberry margarita all over me and the table.

We had lunch portions of the grilled steak salad and grilled chicken/strawberry salad plus sides. Husbands salad was great, meat cooked to his liking. My chicken was cooked but there wasn't much meat and lots of grisel. Rest of the salad was great and sides were good too. Although they didn't have any baked potatoes for lunch. Our server was great. I just know to order the steak salad, more meat and tasted great.

Love the experience while being in town , I must say everything was delicious. The customer service was good and we had a good time .

Solid steakhouse. Probably in my personal top 3 for chain steakhouses. French onion soup is fantastic. Also, their to go system is very good. Each dish is individually packaged and labeled. Can’t remember the ladies name but the blonde bartender that’s been there forever runs a right ship. She’s the best.

Shrimp appetizer was excellent. The salad was great - they dice the cucumber and tomato. Baked sweet potato was a nice size. Husband's steak was delicious. The young man who waited on us (DJ) was terrific!! We went on a Wednesday around 5:30pm and it was not crowded at all.

The food was delicious. Steaks cooked just right. Party of 12 and our waitress was great!

Excellent sirloin for lunch. Loved the French onion soup.

The store in Birmingham area took all of my $50 gift certificate for a $30 meal. I went to Florence knowing I still had $20 left and to my surprise the Gift card balance was $0. The florence location still compped me a burger, fries, and a lemonade as good will. Avoid the Birmingham/Hoover location at all costs, very sketchy people...

Best place out of the other steakhouses around. Better quality, better service, better atmosphere, and better portions for your money.

A truly exquisite experience! Me and my family ate dinner here last night, and it was a great time.
I got the sirloin and shrimp combo, with a house salad, and a side of loaded sweet potato and roasted corn on the cob.
My steak was a perfect medium rare, everything was seasoned to perfection, the portions weren't so big that they were sickening, but they were filling, we all left stuffed.
The prices were good for what we got too, less than 30$ per person, which is great considering all we got.
Also, the service really went above and beyond here. The waiter managed to stay on top of everything, it was like as soon as I finished one glass of sprite, they almost immediately came over with a new, full one.
The waiter even complimented the Kandi bracelets on my arm, first time anyone called them by their actual term instead of calling them just "bracelets", they were cool and really added to the vibes of the place.
Overall, I don't think I could recommend this place enough. Outstanding place, with great food, great service, and great atmosphere. I'll definitely be looking into going back the next time we're in the area, if we can!

This was a great night at Longhorn. We called ahead and got a table for eight people with only an hour wait on Friday night during the busiest shopping weekend of the year. Our server was Sara and she was terrific- attentive and patient and helpful. We had the ribeye, the Parmesan crusted filet, the Parmesan crusted ribeye, the shrimp pasta, and the chicken fingers. Never felt rushed or ignored as we ate and visited and talked

Although It Was A Busy Friday Night, We Still Received Excellent Service. We Had Enough Time To Enjoy Our Salads Before Our Food Arrived. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken Was Perfect. I Enjoy Eating Here Because I Consistently Receive Quality Food & Service. Perfect Location For Date Night.

This long horn location is always great. Their food and service are consistently good. Prices are much better than most steak houses with same quality.

It was a wonderful dining experience. I went in on Friday the 13th and everything went perfect. I couldn't have had a better meal and experience.. I want to thank Rose the manager for getting my dessert perfect

My only complaint, the steak was overly salted. I highly recommend the lamb chops 😋 👌 😍

Typical Longhorn. Steaks are good quality, flavorful. Excellent salads, warm bread, good variety of sides. Service is prompt, friendly.
