We have been customers for years, non only for to insure our business but also our personal assets. Allen Morgen is extremely responsive and helpful, no matter the situation or time of the day. Pun intended but, we feel like we are in good hands with Paczolt insurance.

I am the Producing Artistic Director of a storefront opera company in Chicago, and must have insurance against damage brought about to any theatre I rent while we are in residence. I was new to this side of the business, and asked around for suggestions as to an insurance company. The company that handles my home insurance had quoted an astronomical fee and, at the same time, didn't seem to understand exactly what they were selling me. I think they were trying to sell me insurance as if I actually was going to own the buildings where I was renting space. Paczolt was recommended to me by other theatre professionals. I have never needed to use the insurance, (for which I am quite thankful), so I can't speak to that side of the business. However, in terms of the yearly billing notifications, the quick processing of renewal, and a friendly personal touch, Paczolt brings that in spades. I have since recommended Paczolt to other companies, who I believe are now using Paczolt as well.

I have only had to call Paczolt once when I was the victim in a car crash and they made sure I was taken care of. But the other times I’ve called in with policy questions or when dropping/addding cars and/or homeowners insurance I’ve always dealt with a local person and not a machine or a person working remotely who clearly does not speak English as a first language. I appreciate that. Being able to clearly communicate with someone nowadays is a big plus in my book. I have ways received good service and have been with Paczolt for many years now.

Paczolt has always been super-helpful to our organization in recommending coverage and advising what is needed and what is not. They are great with understanding the unconventional nature of our services.
