Ross Dress for Less

Great prices good customer service.

Not much by way of selection, but still great prices. Ross is low on stock in many departments. Hopefully, as the supply-chain dynamic returns to normal, we will see more merchandise on the racks and shelves at Ross.

This place is very nice I never seen more nice and helpful staff than the staff here. I like to share my experience at this store I lost my phone and I was running late and I was so worried my phone has a little pocket on the cover that has my credit cards so Evelyn Hernandez let me use her personal phone to help me find my phone my phone was ringing and no one picked up so I went to my car and I grabbed my chrome book to log in to my I cloud to help me find the phone but I needed internet so Evelyn again shared her personal hotspot with me but still didn’t work the internet is weak inside the store she was willing to take her break and go outside with me!!!! People like that deserve to be addressed and rewarded! Then the security that works at the same store was helpful as well he let me use his personal hotspot and it worked and I was able to locate my phone and call the place where I left it at and have them put it away for me to pick it up later.

Great stuff , name brand, low prices and to top it off fast service. I was there last night the line to check out was so long I had my husband go wait in line while I shopped and we had just got there well he was back in 3 minutes I could not believe how fast they were so, Needless to say but I will IF YOUR SMART YOU WILL GO SHOP THERE!

I love shopping here its name brand with a huge assortment brand new but at Goodwill prices. You'll never know what you find and all sizes are included. Get everything you need from head to toe. Even stuff for your house or your pets or your children.

Friendly staff, fully vaccinated customers don't need face masks, some of the inventory looks anemic, maybe due to pandemic aftermath.

I just love the one in hillside the one in Glendale heights not kept up very nice clothes and pillows all over the floor customers should do better. Each time I go the place a rack

I love them. I go at least 2 to 3 times a week. I can find thing for me and my son from there and every time I go i always see something different

This store was well organized and had lots of each selection in various sizes including plus sizes as well

To Roberto Flores - first of all you didnt let me explain. I told you what was the issue was and you told me “I dont care” . I gave you the information you wanted and yet you couldnt even remember my name. I had to tell you two or three times and to top if off i had to write it for you. So you came to
ross stores to use our bathrooms...and that the reason for the bad review. Wow dude get a life. Please remove your review or delete my name

Well today I didn't have to stand in line all day I didn't even have to wait a second I just walked right up and the cashier was very polite nice girl should have got her name

Great merchandise at great prices. I find something almost every time I go there. Lots of parking too
