Mattress Firm Batavia

John M at the Batavia store was awesome from the moment he greeted me coming in the store. I had an idea of what I was looking for and he provided me with great information on the mattresses I had in mind. He also gave suggestions on other comparable brands to consider in my price point. After testing a few options I choose a mattress he recommended. I’m excited about my purchase and look forward to getting a better nights rest.

They were very helpful & courteous, starting with my phone call for directions (I got initially turned around by google maps), all the way down to making sure I got the best mattress & features for my budget. There was no “pushy” sales attempt. Just sincere help getting me what I need 👍😃

I am very satisfied with visiting Mattress Firm store in Batavia. John the sales associate have me try several different brands of mattress and said to take my time and even take a nap if I like. Lol!
And I also have 120 days to decide if I like the mattress after it’s delivered and I sleep on it. I decided that Foster and Sterns with soft pillow top was still the best choice for us. Thank you John for all your help and making me fill welcomed.

Meghann was awesome to work with! She gave me lots of options without being pushy and let me make the decisions. She has a really fun style and was great to chat with while I tried beds and did paperwork. She double and triple checked everything so nothing was left out or forgotten. A+ customer service.

Excellent customer service, Randy was outstanding. He went to the next to insure my mother got the best bed possible. He laid out the best options. You need to speak with a sleep expert

We had planned on going to hassle less mattress because I did not want to be hassled by salespeople Instead we came to Mattress Firm first and I must say it was a wonderful experience.
