UPDATE (01/14/2021): I was finally contacted by RiverWorks Personnel and we were able to come to an agreement. They were very apologetic, kind, and accommodating. I have always been extremely satisfied with the furniture. I am thankful their customer service stepped up and came through for us. It is my belief this was a unique experience due to a variety of unforeseen circumstances that hopefully will not happen again.

Original Review (December, 2020): The furniture I received deserves a five star rating. The one star is for the service. BUYERS BEWARE! August 21, 2020 I bought almost six thousand dollars worth of outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying almost $900, for 2 Ottomans that had to be ordered. I was given a time frame of 8 to 10 weeks. I have not received the ottomans nor a refund. I have contacted them 5 times about the order. I found out that evidently the order was not even placed until about a month later! When I bought them they said they would "happily" deliver the ottomans when they came. The last time I talked to someone, she implied when they did come in, I should probably come get them!!! I am very upset over this. It is mid-December, they have my money and I have NO merchandise. Now they are not even returning my calls. I am very disappointed in this type of service. I expected better.

This place has beautiful stuff but is insanely overpriced
