I had my shower surround removed and had tile installed. It was a great experience working with Marshall at The Tile Shop in Geneva. He gave me 4 referrals to choose from. I found Steve with Ultimate S Tile Remodeling. Steve is the best tile installer I have worked with. If I had a question he would explain to me why one way better than the other. He was meticulous and methodical when working. He is talented and skillful. He is exceptional. I will be calling Steve back and highly recommend him.

My wife and I wanted to spruce up our floors in our laundry and upstairs bathroom. We had vinyl and wanted porcelain flooring. We have used the Tile Shop many times over the years for flooring projects and never have been disappointed. We met with John Balogh and he expertly showed us and explained the material available. He did not rush or pressure us. He also gave us names and contact information on four flooring contractors Each one came out and gave us quotes. They were all respectful and very professional. I chose A & E flooring and the process of delivery, demo and ultimate installation was easy and no surprises.
Our costs were very reasonable and we are very happy with the results. Thanks to John. Also to Aldo and Angelo of A&E Flooring for a job well done.

The team there is very helpful and friendly. I purchased too much grout and they allowed me to return the extras without any issues. They also have a very large selection of tile that is not the same selection that you see at the big box hardware stores, so if you want more variety, definitely check out their selections for bathroom and kitchen products.

The Tile Shop in Geneva has been really great to work with. This is our second, major project working with them, and we could not be happier with the quality of products, the fairness of pricing and (especially) the customer service provided by Manager Matt McCoy and his staff. Our client was looking for tiles to match their existing bathroom floor tile and were able to find a very close match at The Tile Shop. Their customer service team was great and was able to get more tiles to us quickly when we ended up needing more. The Tile Shop's selection is hard to beat. I wasn't sure we would find a match for tiles from 10+ years ago, but The Tile Shop was able to do just that.

Carolyn Crosby was very helpful in designing my kitchen backsplash. She took a lot of time, gave great suggestions and made the process smooth and easy! Definitely ask for her if you need help making decisions with your design for kitchen or baths! Thank you Carolyn!!

The selection of tile At the Tile Shop was awesome! I found the tile I wanted within minutes. It was on back order so Kathleen took the time to find a similar tile that was in stock. Turns out I liked it better! They gave us the name of an installer (Mike) who did an incredible job! We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided from start to finish! We had extra tile that we didn’t need so Matt the manager kindly gave us a refund! I highly recommend this store!

Sales associate Virginia was patient and provided great color recommendations for our kitchen remodel. In fact we received a few chipped tiles and she arranged to deliver replacements the following day. I would definitely return to the Tile Shop for my next project.

Daniel was so helpful! My husband and I came in a half an hour before closing and we found something we both loved and could agree on thanks to Daniel's help. We were looking for Caribbean like flooring and a backsplash and he pointed us into the right direction. It's nice to go to a place where they have the product you know looks right for your project but even better when you get great customer service.

We worked with Virginia as our salesperson at the Geneva location. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as we picked out a backsplash tile for our kitchen. She supplied us with all the necessary materials needed to complete the job. She was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend her to assist with your project.

After working with another sales associate from another location, we met with Virginia Marcotte Leon at the Geneva, Illinois location on Friday, 5-5-23, about an color issue we were having with the grout we were planning to use in our master bathroom floor. Virginia listened intently as we laid out what we were trying to accomplish, and from her input, it was plain to us that she really knew the job and was able to give her "learned" opinion. Virginia worked with us for the better part of an hour, knowing full well that she was not doing it for a sale, but to keep our minds at ease about our project. Virginia is a definite asset to the Tile Shop in Geneva. We will most assuredly be working with her on other projects in the near future.

Marshall was especially helpful in picking out the tile for our new construction ranch home. When I suggested doing one of the guest bathrooms in white tile with a strip of blue/grey/white herringbone he agreed it would look nice. We've gotten many "WOWs" and "Beautiful" comments on all 3 bathrooms. Matt and other staff members were also happy to answer my questions whenever Marshall wasn't there. They said I could return any unused tile and when I did it was an easy and pleasant experience. I looked forward to chatting with Matt, in addition to his professional and helpful ideas, his sense of humor was so uplifting. The Lombard store was also helpful when I picked up some tile to replace some our installer had to take out.

I had been thinking about doing a big bathroom reno for a long time but was afraid it would be overwhelming. I went to The Tile Shop and Kathy (Kathleen) came to my rescue! Couldn’t have put it all together on my own—what a help she was! Matt was wonderful as well. The selection AND service here are amazing. We’re done and we LOVE the results. I highly recommend this store.

I dealt with Kathleen Moreno who was such a huge help. She took the time to show me all the tiles that she thought I would like that would go along with my color scheme for our new kitchen. If you need help please ask for Kathleen. You will not be disappointed.

The Tile Shop has an extensive selection of designer wall and floor tiles and an outstanding staff. Jeanna, Todd, Dave, Shawn, and Miguel were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and put up with my many visits and questions.
