After a recent shoulder surgery, I chose Therapy South for my physical therapy. I cannot say enough about the staff there. Dan and his crew were super knowledgeable as well as personable, which made the visits go very smoothly. They were able to get me back to work ahead of schedule! Another huge plus with Therapy South was the ease of booking appointments. On several occasions I needed to change my appointment on short notice and they were always able to accommodate. If you are in need of physical therapy in the shoals area Therapy South is definitely the go to facility.

Daniel and Megan are great Physical Therapist to work with and Shelby is excellent with scheduling and working with you and your insurance.
My surgery on my leg was extensive due to a tumor removal. Daniel had researched the tumor due to the fact it was rare as well as how the surgery was preformed and had a game plan set up when I arrived . His encouragement and positive words really got me through. I was healing at a very slow rate and was getting depressed going 2 steps forward and 3 steps back but this was how the healing process would be per my surgeon . Daniel was always so attentive and always right with how the recovery timeline would be . He and Megan are so knowledgeable and truly there to get you back to your normal self. They became my family for those 10 weeks. I cant say enough about the whole staff at Therapy South. I will be using Daniel and Megan for any of my physical therapy needs in the future. They truly care about you and their approach on healing is wonderful.

The staff at the Therapy South Florence location were knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I felt like the #1 priority every time I walked in the door. From the owners and interns, to the office manager, they made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Daniel and his team!!!

If you have physical therapy needs, this is a great place to go! From the time you walk in the door to leaving, it is a welcoming experience. Megan was so easy to talk with - listening and explaining things . She took her time and understood my concerns. Now that I am about 6 weeks from beginning my therapy, I am improving and have learned that a lot of things that I had been doing was detrimental to my issue.

I absolutely adore Megan and Dan and the whole staff. I have never felt more at home than I have at Therapy South! I 200% recommend Therapy South to anyone who needs rehabilitation. They listened and worked with me to obtain my therapy goals.
I had total right knee replacement in February.I went to a different PT and felt like I was being tortured. I finally switched to Therapy South about half way through my rehab. I instantly wished that I would have started my journey with them. They are excellent! ☆☆☆☆☆

Megan Eck is the best! She helped me so much with my therapy from beginning to end. I immediately felt welcome and very comfortable during my first visit. She was so encouraging and explained everything to me very clearly for me to easily comprehend! She hooked me up and I’m already finished with my sessions, but if I ever need therapy for something again, this is the place I will request. All of her staff seemed very friendly, especially Shelby. She was so kind with me scheduling my appointments, explaining insurance details, etc. All around, Therapy South has it going on!

This was my first physical therapy clinic that I’ve been to and they were amazing! Daniel and Anna took such good care of me and my neck pain went from hurting daily to pain free. Shelby was also so nice and friendly and always worked with me when it comes to payments or scheduling. Such a great team. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a wonderful team dedicated to getting you back to yourself. Thank you to Megan for helping me get my neck in order after an accident. She is the best!

If you’re on the fence, make an appointment. I was crippled with pain in my neck/shoulder for almost 2 weeks before I listened to my husband and called Therapy South. He had told me repeatedly to go to PT. I would kind of roll my eyes and think, “Right. What good is that going to do? They’re not doctors, they don’t have an MRI machine, no X-ray equipment. Waste of time.” I finally had nothing else to lose, so I made the appointment. Daniel knew IMMEDIATELY what was wrong with me. He did some needling, and I was another person when I left. It continued to get better over the next 24 hours and I have had zero issues since. These people know their stuff. They know the human body, and they know it well. My family and I will come running to this place with our aches and pains from here on out. I’ve never been happier to be wrong in all my life.

The staff at Therapy South is very friendly and welcoming. Megan was wonderful! She listened to my issues and developed a plan that has improved my quality of life. I highly recommend them.

There aren’t enough words to explain how grateful I am for this facility & Megan’s knowledge. As someone who suffered with chronic pelvic pain for years, my life completely changed once I found the this facility & amazing therapist to assist with my health journey. Today I’m now pain free. My only regret is not getting through the doors sooner. I’ll be sing praises over this facility for the long haul. Thank you for all the help getting me back to me!

After being in and out of the hospital because of a lower back injury, I thought my days of playing college golf were over. I was unable to swing a club for 8 months before coming to Therapy South. Daniel and Megan were able to get me back into the competition. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! I am now back to doing what I love. I’m not quite sure how they have put up with me but they have done and amazing job lol. Very knowledgeable and comforting when you need some hope and encouragement!

When I injured myself, I went to see Daniel. His whole crew at Therapy South was so attentive. They always made it seem like they had all the time I needed to help me. Scheduling is very easy and flexible - plus, they helped by injuries within just a few visits.

My Dr. Sent me to Therepy South for vertigo and I saw Megan. Wow! She was great. In 1 visit she said I was positive for vertigo. We did an exercise that worked and I was feeling better. I went back 2 days later and Daniel checked me and said I was better. He worked with my neck. He gave me exercises to do at home. I haven't felt this good In a long time. They are awesome to work with. They were thorough with their questions and knew just what to do.

I highly recommend the folks at TherapySouth in Florence! Dan and Megan are just absolutely awesome. Extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about these two. I went to Dan when I was trying to decide on having shoulder surgery and he took the time to help me not only decide to go ahead and get it fixed, but also strategize on a plan for post surgery PT. The best way I know to describe my experience with them is that they truly care and you know it on every visit. Thank you Dan, Megan and your entire staff for helping me get back to gym!

My experience at TherapySouth Florence was great! Daniel, Megan,,Anna, clay and Shelby, were caring and helpful. I would recommend that group to anyone needing physical therapy.

100% go see Therapy South in Florence for any PT need. Their customer care is excellent from The front desk until the end of your treatment session. All the employees greeted me and when I didn’t see my normal therapist, the other staff was very knowledgeable about how to pick up my care just like normal. I went 6 weeks postpartum due to lower abdominal pain and c section scar pain. Megan was very knowledgeable and got me back on my feet to where I can start my CrossFit workouts and my cycling pain free. Also Megan was very professional, but at the same time I felt like I was not a number on her daily schedule and like she really cared. At discharge, it was bittersweet because she was so good to allow me to bring my son with me since childcare was hard for me. She would modify session as well depending on how my son was feeling. If you need pelvic floor therapy go see her. I will definitely be back regardless of what it is for. Thanks Megan!

Overall the staff at Therapy South was so welcoming and professional. I’m so thankful to have seen Megan for pelvic floor therapy. She is super sweet, and made me feel so comfortable that it felt like I was talking to my best friend. She really took the time to listen and wanted to help me get to the root of my problems. My progress was so much faster than I expected and I will see her in the future if needed. You could tell she was passionate about women’s health and the Shoals is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable in this area. If you are a pregnant or postpartum mama and are having any aches or pains of any kind, check into PT because there is so much they can work on!

Such a welcoming atmosphere! Instantly felt comfortable, and got all of my questions answered. I've now completed my sessions, but would highly recommend to anyone! Cannot express my gratitude enough.
