Very Awesome Staff, excellent working vacuum cleaners, air blowers, rubber mat cleaner, well maintained restrooms, and vending in case you forget something you need to clean your car!

Great car wash service! I'm on the monthly limited wash club and usually go a few times a week. My car ways comes out good.

There are lots of reviews from years ago that aren't great, but ignore those!
Every time I have been to this location the staff is very friendly and my car is always clean after going through the automatic wash. There are plenty of stalls, with some always open, to then pull your car in and vacuum the inside. There are also garbage cans by the vacuums for any trash you may need to dispose of as you clean.
It usually takes about ten to fifteen minutes to run through the wash and do a quick vacuum and then my vehicle looks great again for a very reasonable price!

Love this car wash club! Not only does my car shine big time, but you can smell goodness as well. Water just beads up and rolls of windshield in rain. Free vacuums suck in a good way. Best part is UNLIMITED for monthly fee at ALL locations across the land. Can go 10 times in a day or more if want/need. Super friendly smiling faces always waving.

Always good service. Super clean. Free Vacuums are powerful, and the rhino mat cleaner was a cherry on top.

I stopped by this location a few times before signing up for the unlimited was program. It is really unlimited you can go as many times as you want! Working as a delivery driver this is a great $20 a month way to keep your car clean and your image standing tall, and they always wave and smile when you pull up.

Love the free vacuum too! Wish staff would let you actually choose the options yourself but I know they are probably just trying to make things easier

This place is awesome. Great prices and the monthly price I pay is even better. I can go and get my car washed everyday all day during the month for $55. During the hot months this helps keeps my car free from pollen and bugs. These people do a great job and make you feel special. And they give you free popcorn while you wait.

Have to say I was skeptical at first but these people are SO friendly. SO happy to be a t their job. It makes you want to work there when you see their excitement and level of commitment they have. These guys have something that a lot of businesses are missing!! Rain, shine, cold, or hot these people love their jobs, greet you, wave at you, and make your business feel appreciated!! A+++ service!!!

This has got to be the best carwash around!! I love it so much that I bought a membership. The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile and ready to answer any questions you might have!! My truck is always spotless after leaving.

Got the basic car wash for 8$ came out looking pretty good! Came home and did a quick scrub on the tires and wheels to finish it off. Vacuumed out the car after the wash.

Went here during my lunch break for the basic car wash and vacuum - I have never gotten a better car wash for under $15. Completely vacuumed and wiped clean on the inside and the outside looked great too. I noticed a lot of the bad reviews were for the more expensive washes which I didn't get - but if you are looking for a reasonable wash and vacuum I would definitely come here.

Good customer service. Though I did ask for a platinum wash and it still did the regular wash. I'll just keep the 19.99 package

I've been going there for years, with no particular complaints, under old or present ownership. Today for the first time I paid a lot in order to get a certain job done. When they were finished, I was not happy so say the least: the car looked great in general, but the job I had paid so much for had not been done. When I spoke to the manager (I didn't get her name unfortunately), she immediately finished the job herself--by herself--and it was a tough enough task that it took her at least 15 or 20 minutes. The difficult job I had wanted done was accomplished beyond my wildest dreams. She is the hardest working manager I've ever seen and will literally almost stand on her head to please the customers--a rarity in this modern world. So--kudos to Mister & Ms Car Wash and then some!

Yes , I am a member and when ever I go to get my truck washed the camera never recognize me . I have to wait for someone to come and key my number in ... 2 Nd thing is when I first signed up for the 29.95 plan there used to be colored soap or at least I thought it was now I am thinking it was just the colored lights . But now all there is just white . I feel like I am getting the cheaper wash from the first time I signed up . Those are my only 2 concerns . Other then that I love the membership and using the car wash . Thanks

OMG. I used to go to Cactus Car Wash at this location, merely because it was most convenient for me... but on several occasions had to return to get them to fix/clean something they "forgot" (the top of the cab? the truck bed??).
But Mr. Hotshine...!!! is AWESOME!! Got the $13 wash, and seriously it was better than any of the $30+ ones I ever got at Cactus! They did a stunning job, inside and out!! I tipped $5, so for $18, got the seriously the best car wash I've ever gotten in Atlanta! Highly recommended!

Florence location is great. They even wash my tailgate.
Muscle Shoals location is too quick through the wash tunnel and doesn't dry well. My truck doesn't shine when washing at the MS location.

Get the super wash monthly. I use Mister Car Wash in Florence 3 times a week. Alabama red mud is no joke. Always a clean environment along with a friendly staff makes the 30 dollars well worth it.

I love that for a low price each month, I can wash my car an unlimited amount of times and even if it is busy, you still get through in a timely manner. They have enough vacuums so you never have to wait and all of the employees are very friendly and professional
