My fridge died, my neighbor was like, you should check out the clearance center. I never heard of it before. I was able to meander this all the aisles, find something that will be just right.

I found something that will be just fine. No bells or whistles, but capable of, if Iever run a water line.

The employees were awesome. Helped me join the best buy membership, which i was surprised i wasn't already. Which included a discount, which made the purchase even more valuable.

Your must go to place for appliances and TVs. Crazy Good Deals. Loved Raiyaan, he helped me with my questions, led me to the right decisions on a dishwasher and washer. Will be back for a TV 😉

I forgot the associates name that helped me through a really troubling time, I think his name was Chase? He helped me purchase a laptop a few months ago and I can’t help but remember how helpful he was to me. I didn’t have much cash to spare at the time and he got me the perfect deal. This laptop is running almost as smooth as his sales pitches. Thank you Chase. You have made my year. Keep doing your thing. I highly recommend this Best Buy Outlet store. Compared to the sterile showroom, shopping at this Best Buy is like a treasure hunt! The staff, though not hovering, are knowledgeable and helpful, offering insights and guidance without pressure. Some of the deep discounts make even high-end brands accessible. Their server is always down tho...

HUGE HUGE SHOUTOUT to Noble! No thanks to the useless reps at the Verizon store off Flying Cloud, who were too lazy and unmotivated to help me process my COMPLETED online credit app because it would "take too long". Thanks to Noble, who had a "lets get it done" attitude, we got it done! Had some issues initially because we ran the cred app too much and Xfinity didn't want to divey up my number but we figured out a temp solution for now and I left the store with a brand spankin new S24 ultra. Kuddos for slappin the Zag shield on there too! I couldn't have done it any better myself! Management, someone there. Please give this young man the raise he deserves!! Entered the store pissed at Verizon, left Best Buy Mobile SUPER Happy! Thanks again!

Best place to buy open boxed items. I got all my TVs from this place, still no issues at all for years. Never need to buy new premium priced TVs anymore. I'll buy my new fridge here too when the time comes.

Hit or miss when it comes to finding what you need but when you do, it's a great value. We have bought many appliances for our homes and for client fix ups to sell. Keep coming back, inventory changes multiple times per week

Needed to find a less expensive laptop. I was able to go into the outlet where they allow you to look at several models at once. I appreciated the knowledge of the team

I was in need of a washer, so I figured I would come here and check it out. Their selection varies from day to day but I left there with a washer and dryer for under $1300. I saved over $1000 on this set. They have everything you could imagine, if best buy sells it they have it here. Scratch and dent, open box, etc all discounted to sell. They were helpful to get it loaded in my truck and wrapped everything etc. Would buy from here again.

I found a fridge online at an open box price, but when I came to the store I was overwhelmed on where to find the TV from online.

Phillip was amazing and helped me locate the fridge I was looking for right away and was happy to assist with other questions I had on opening a best buy card and finding a good deal on a TV.

I found a great deal on a TV to meet my needs and had some of the best customer service I've experienced around these days.

Deals, deals, deals! Nothing more to say other than skip the online checkout, some prices are different in the storen for the better.

The employees answered our concerns about warranties very thoroughly. The appliances, we were told, actually had the same manufacturer's warranty and other warranty options as they would if they were brand new. We found a great LG dishwasher for under half of the original price with just a few cosmetic flaws and missing the documentation (which is always available online), and were surprised they also had a promotional sale of 20% off the already low prices. We also got $50 off for taking it home at the day of purchase. Service was fantastic.

I rarely leave reviews, but had such a good experience that I had to in this case. I worked with Phillip and cannot overstate how thankful I am for his help. He spent a ton of time with me to make sure my order was set up right and was even fun to work with. I won’t buy appliances anywhere else again and hope to work with Phillip for my next purchase too.

First off, this place is quite a hidden treasure! I absolutely loved the selection and customer service they offer! I am buying my first home and needed a handful of appliances so coming here was like being a kid in a candy stores. The deals are amazing and like I stated, there is a huge selection!

Many reviews state that the customer service is poor and I couldn't disagree more. Employees do not approach you here as they do in the regular store. This is due to them not being commission based here like at the regular locations. BUUUTT if you ask for help they are all SO helpful!! I interacted with about 4 people and each one was A TON of help! They were so knowledgeable and kind! Specifically Jacob who was extremely helpful and took his time helping my fiancé and I. Just as for assistance if you need any and they will help, I promise!

If I had to nit pick a negative point from this location it would only be that many of the items do not have price signs on them. I assume this is due to how quickly the inventory moves. But if the item has no price, an associate can easily get it for you!
