TA Travel Center

The best part of my visit was meeting Sara, the receptionist. She was really cute and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She also helped me with the paperwork and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed talking to her and I hope to see her again soon.

I would highly recommend TA truck service to anyone who needs truck repair and maintenance services. They are the best in the business and they have a lovely staff. Thank you for taking good care of me and my truck!

Awesome 2nd shift crew especially James and the second shift manager. Helped us when we were in a bind! Clean restrooms and nice store and cashiers. Would definitely stop here again. Thank you!

I had to have an emergency repair done on Thanksgiving night. The staff got me right in and got the job done right, and in good time. Nick and Jose were very easy to deal with, very professional, and knew the job and how to do it. I couldn't ask for a better service experience. If you need something done, I highly recommend this T/A, and their excellent staff.

It’s 07:00 on this Sunday morning. Freightliner told me to leave truck and it will be Wednesday before they can check me out.

Jordan took care of me here at the TA in about an hour. Only needed a brake chamber. I thought it was more going on inside the dash but fortunately it was not.

Also I had a 3 axle alignment performed later in the day. Excellent work and great attitudes.

No pull through places to park. Not easy backing a set of doubles into these spaces. But, finally found a spot to stop for a break. Nice people. Really hot coffee. Clean restroom. Plenty of seating in tv room. Couple video games for kids. About 5 adult games in their own room.

Clean place to stop! Parking lot had plenty of space to maneuver and plenty of spaces into the evening. Showers were clean with hot water. Employees were nice.

This has to be one of the best TAs in the country , very well maintained ! 25 year veteran trucker here , I've been to a lot of TAs . Troy always has very clean restrooms , immaculate parking lot . Food and beverage options above average, and very helpful and polite , courteous staff . I love this TA . Hey management, keep doing what you are doing. Good job , it's always a pleasure to stop here . Thank you 👍

Nick, Brandy, and James did a great job getting my trailer fixed right up quickly and were really friendly. I pulled in front of the shop and 10 minutes later they were working on it. Great job guys!

Had oak Grove petro do a Def filter change drove to Troy found I was leaking Def from that filer and they came out in parking lot and fixed oak Grove mess up was quoted 8 pm and ended up getting 2 and half hours earlier nice job and aj did a great job at keeping me informed and the work done

Had flat tire Andrew showed up sooner than expected has us move to a safe location had my tire changed on big rig easily and quickly he is highly skilled professional I was grateful that day.

Store was clean and well stocked. Restrooms also very clean. We ate at the Country Pride restaurant while there, during a down time (not busy), and everything on the salad, soup, and hot bar, was fresh and great tasting. Our entrees were hot, fresh, and plentiful in proportions. The waitress was also very courteous and friendly. Usually, most truck stop restaurants are great places to eat, and this one qualifies.

I had service done on my truck with the night time crew and they were just really awesome guys. The service was great, fast, and on point. I want to give a special thanks to Adam, Nick and Cody (Great personality all of them). I recommend this location and the workers 👍 😀 👌

Hats off to the staff at T/A automotive. Awesome service from the young ladles at the counter Janet J and Brandy with a y, were excellent. And the tech was more then helpful his name was James, he also had great customer service. It felt like they went far and beyond to please. T/A keep this kind of staff all the time. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service you diffently don't get it all the time at mechanic shop. Oh I was in and out thumbs up!!!!!

Upon going inside, we noticed the parking lot, fuel & gas islands were clean and the store itself was well maintained and stocked. The showers were amazing, they were truly clean with no foul odors or "hidden" dirt, the water was hot & had great pressure. The towels didn't stink of questionable practices but actual detergent & effort. I would've actually used them if I didn't have my own.

We sat at Country Pride and as usual took a look at the soups and salad and found they were set out with care. Barb was our server and was timely in everything from her greeting to our bill and was by far the best one yet!
The salad bar wasn't lacking in choice or abundance and very appetizing. We chose the clam chowder over the beef & vegetable and it didn't disappoint. Consistency, flavor, potatoes and clams... oh, the clams were pleasant and hit the spot. We will come back here again and again. BEST TA YET! Kudos to the entire staff 3/23/18 for representing TA in a positive light through their hard work and excellent customer service!

My son and l stopped in at TA to grab a lunch. WOW! What a selection of great looking food they have. We ordered and enjoyed a meal that was cooked to perfection. I also was really impressed with how clean everything was. Give the place a try. I think you will be well pleased.
