My experience with Rafiq as a salesman was the most pleasant experience i've had so far making a major purchase. The pre-owned Honda Element i purchased is a fine vehicle, and Genuine motors had taken care of it with a solid cleaning, new tires and a fresh oil change. Rafiq also allowed me time to thouroughly inspect the car and engine, which is great for me, because i'm very particular about the mechanical side of things. He was very quick to respond to questions, was not pushy or deceptive at all and carefully walked us through the entire process. They did a very excellent job and i genuinely don't think i'd have the same personalized experience at a bigger dealership.

This company's moto does not lie. Rafiq was very transparent on everything with the car. The retail price, the previous issues with the car, the previous owners etc. If you want or need a used car I would highly recommend this place. Rafiq is very patient and calm with everything.

We learned that he only sells certain models of cars that have a strong history of reliability. He knows his vehicles so well that he can anticipate what issues need to be addressed based upon its age, model, mileage and condition to ensure his customers aren’t faced with a repair shorty after their purchase. In our case my son was provided with a very comprehensive warranty.
Sam possesses unique personal qualities not commonly found in any industry yet alone the used car industry. Let’s just say he has good sole! He is a man of his word. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and honest. Our mechanic wanted to know where we found such a great used car and was really impressed also! Rafiq was incredibly nice, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. Never did I feel pressured to finish the deal at any time and he consistently checked in to make sure I still felt okay about the deal and if I had any questions.

He didn't hover over us as we inspected the car, just told us the positives and negatives and gave us the keys to take a test drive. No high pressure tactics. Provided the carfax without being asked.
