My 3rd visit today and I’m still very impressed with this practice. First, the staff is so kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Second, the facilities are pristine, modern and inviting. Finally, their patient communication app is excellent. My medical issue was quickly addressed and I went home feeling so much better. Last, the parking is plentiful and acceptable to building is easy. I can highly recommend ENT Center of Northwest Alabama.

I highly recommend the ENT Center of Northwest Alabama. My experience was absolutely amazing. They have the newest technology, fast check-in experience, and I was in and out quickly with a plan. I am already on the road to recovery for sinus and allergy relief. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Please go check it out - not to mention they have a stellar coffee shop in the lobby!

I recently had the balloon sinusplasty procedure done, and the experience was great. They took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I was a hard stick when getting the IV. I was a little dehydrated and they were so patient and gentle. I felt as if they really cared about your well being. The NPs, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Masterson were all super kind and genuine. They explain everything thoroughly to you, and all in all was a great experience. My daughter comes here also and she really likes everyone we have seen for her care. If you want quality care with people who listen and make you feel heard this is the place.

Staff is very professional yet caring. Extremely pleased with the thoroughness of my exam. I have already recommenced the ENT Center to a friend.

I had a 4 day long migraine due to major congestion in my frontal sinus. Dr. Masterson and his team got me in right away! Easy to see that each staff member cares about the patient! I won't be going anywhere else for my allergy issues.

2/6/24 This was my second full visit and hearing test. The audiologist and physician’s assistant were very thorough and took plenty of time to explain and answer my questions. They are very thorough in interpreting the results of the exam and hearing test. They insure that you understand the options for treatment.
The entire staff is very cordial and professional.

I was greated by Emryn. She was very helpful in getting me signed in. Tabitha called me to the back and end asked me questions to finish getting my information. Then she explained what they were going to do a CT scan and a nasal scope. Then after everything was ready, she went to get Riley.
Riley took the CT scan explained it. Then we changed rooms and she scope my sinuses.
She explained that I had a sinus infection.
She gave a prescription for nasal spray and an antibiotics. Then she had me scheduled for an allergy test. Everyone was very helpful.

I am very impressed & extremely happy with the care I have received as a patient ... The staff is friendly and caring & have always replied in a timely manner anytime I have left messages or had questions ... I am a very happy patient & will continue to be a patient for a very long time ...

The entire staff was welcoming and easy going, and they took their time during my first appointment to cover all the bases without making me feel rushed. I took a hearing test and the nurse made the experience effortless with her guidance. My boyfriend and I saw NP Riley Rogers (for ear pain & allergies) and she was amazing! Not only is her personality great, but she was very kind and genuinely listened to all of our concerns. I love their PocketPatient software that makes it easy to access all of my records and info in one place. I will definitely be recommending this ENT to others because we were highly satisfied with our visit!

Since having Squamous Cell Carcinoma, I always had to be scoped by several doctors. Dr. Masterson has it down folks! He can put a scope down your nostril without all the discomfort most others create! He has always been one of those Doctors that treats you as though you are his only patient! He explains things well and is very positive and uplifting!

My experience at the ENT Center NW AL was absolutely phenomenal! For the past four years, I have been dealing with ongoing popping, tension, and pain in my jaw due to TMJ disorder. I’m someone who isn’t the biggest fan of doctor offices, but reluctantly, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. I met with a Nurse Practitioner, Riley, who was able to steer me in the right direction and provide me with the utmost care! From check in to check out, every single employee was attentive and friendly. It seems as though the employees are passionate and truly love their job. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful first experience. All the staff was extremely nice, and the Physician showed and explained everything clearly to me. I highly recommend them!
