Wonderful experience there! Comfortable, simple restaurant. The food is just like good home cooking and I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Staff are terrific! I wish there was a place like this closer to home, it would be my favourite hang out. Looking forward to going there again one day soon.

I called a week in advance to order 2 pans of cooked chicken and dressing for Christmas. It was ready on 12/23 at 4 PM as promised. ($40 per pan; feeds 12-15 per pan). The food was very good and the service was excellent.
Great meat & 3 and country breakfast restaurant.

We were on our way to a church event in Florence and decided to stop and eat here. The food was delicious down home cooking. We left full and satisfied. We would definitely recommend anyone going through this area to stop in and give it a try. If you love good old country cooking, you won’t be disappointed. I had the meatloaf, creamed potatoes, green beans, & fried okra. Their fried okra was the best ever! The prices are extremely reasonable.

My goodness, they have awesome food!!! If you you are looking for really good home cooked food... this is your place! We will definitely be back. We recommend the fried chicken livers and the country fried steak!! The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly..... great music 🎶

I have been traveling for the last 4 weeks across America & I was craving some southern soul food, something that reminded me of my younger years & had the opportunity to stop at Momma Jean's. WOW!!! I am so full!! It was AMAZING!! Reminded me of my grandmas cooking. PERFECT SOUTHERN FOOD!!

I ordered the fried chicken, turnip greens, mash potatoes & gravy, slaw, hushpuppies, fish, mac & cheese, fried orka, roll, coconut pie, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. I wanted to order more but I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it all🤤🤣 It'd be nice if they had a sampler option so you can try small bites of numerous foods. But regardless, I'm not complaining AT ALL!!

The price was good & ordering out was easy to do & the service was friendly & fast, especially for it being a Sunday afternoon after church. I think I waited 20-25 mins tops!! And the place was packed with people. Reminded me of my younger years in the 80's/90's when food wasn't so processed. Very good and appetizing!! Just wish I had Momma Jean's back home. I'd go there all the time!

This is one of my favorites. I love getting a pint of soup some nights . Other nights I'm craving the chicken and dressing or dumplings. 3 to 430 is a good time to order

Basic meat and three. However the meat and three are wonderful. I had the chicken fried steak, with okra, green beans, pinto beans, and corn bread. Washed it all down with a bath tub sized ice tea. IT WAS AWESOME! Don't let the lazy atmosphere fool ya. Good food, nice service even when they were shorthanded. I'll be back! BTW the apple cobbler was out of this world.

My first time here. Food, Service and Prices are Amazing. Brittany my waitess went above and beyond

The food was good country cooking. We ordered & enjoyed Fried Chicken Filet, cornbread, creamed potatoes, fried okra, slaw & blackberry cobbler. Our server was very friendly, warm & attentive. We told her that she made us feel as though we were eating at home.

Have only eaten the catfish fillets there, but they were great. Slaw and mashed potatoes each time and they were good also. Good selection of vegetable sides is you like country cooking. Very clean. Price was very reasonable. I have taken two other people there and they also had the fish and enjoyed it. Better than the place I frequented for years that specializes in catfish. I will go back soon. Parking was very easy since there is a church lot next door that is only used Sundays and Wednesday evenings.

Loved it. Celebrated my birthday with my sister, cousin, and aunt. We had a very sweet waitress n the food was affordable and tasted great.

Perfect little down-home restaurant. Friendly staff and quick service with great prices. We always leave happy and full.

Listen, it's getting hard to find a good old classical meet and three place with a good selection, solid service and great great food. Momma Jean's is that place, full stop. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

I love the food there they have a awesome staff. Everything was a good price. The French fries and Steak most definitely be back. Met a boy their named Dakota he was nice and they kept the place nice and clean. Be back for sure!
