Starbucks

Perfect every time! I order through the mobile app, arrive about 5 minutes later and usually see them setting my items out for pick-up. The drinks are always perfect and the food is yummy.
A worker suggested I try the brown sugar on my cheese danish. So yummy!

This location seemed to stay stocked up on all of our favorites.

This wass the only place open so early on Thanksgiving Day! Just got done driving 12 hours to visit family. The lady running the drive thru was amazing, friendly and so kind!

My husband and I loved our breakfast sandwiches too. They serve breakfast All Day!🤗

Incredible Customer Service
One of their managers, Tyler, does an incredible job. If you frequent the place, they’ll call you by name. Everyone is extremely kind.

I got into the drive thru ready to head to work and cause unfathomable amounts of anger induced havoc, but then the guy at the window who had a pretty hat was very sweet and polite and wished me good luck on my next shift, and now I am both pleasantly surprised and mildly disgruntled that I'm not seething with rage. 12/10, would recommend 👌

Everyone is kind and they seem happy to be at work. Eventually they tell you what you want before you do. Even with the occasional mistake they are willing to make everything right with a smile.

Came in a few days ago, after 5, and the staff was WONDERFUL!! Del, I think, was so so nice and checked to see if I was still waiting for anything! I was also in the drive thru at a later date and Jordan was talking to me and such a sweet voice! The staff, mostly, is great.

All 3 ExLarge coffee cups exploded. Was highly disappointed. Waste of money and coffee!

I love Starbucks...just wish they had more variety of cups.

Nothing like Starbucks!
Even my five year old loves it.
She loves the ham and cheese croissant and cake pops.
I prefer the Tomato Mozarella Panini and cheese Danish.
The staff is friendly, fast, and efficient.
The drive thru is usually long, but ordering ahead and going in you never have to wait.

The staff at the Florence location is always friendly! The always strive to for accuracy and efficiency when they make your drink. At every turn they are eager to help if someone doesn’t know what they want!

It waa very busy. But they are workinf as faar as they can. I just wish thwy would bit a shot of cold brew instead of expresso in my frappachino. I always ask and thwy never understand. But overall good service.

Good wifi. Clean. Clean bathroom. Pictures are of a craftsman touch. Rather pretty raw wooden touch

The employees there are so friendly and inviting. Honestly, it's hard to find a lot of places these days where the employees are actually kind and nice to you. Most of the time when I go places, the employees act annoyed you are even there. However, I feel welcomed when I go to Starbucks which is one of the reasons I keep going back. They recognize me and call me by name when I go here (probably says a lot about how frequent I go).

I love going to get a cold brew. I used to love going and ordering from their Clover machine, but unfortunately, they don't have it anymore.

Say what you will, but I love Starbucks coffee. It's one of the few places I can actually get a really good dark roast. I absolutely LOVE their blonde espresso!

No words necessary... It's Starbucks!! Coffee coffee! As always coffee was great. My girls and hubby loved their drinks too. Took a while to get our drinks, but they warned us before ordering that it would be a bit... they were super busy and under staffed.

I had a great conversation with the kind, but stressed, barista. I sympathized with her. They were a little short staffed and people weren't being kind about it. The baristas were handling it well though. The drive thru was moving and the dining room was still neat and clean. I commend the team working that day for their professionalism and hard work. I'm sympathetic that people were being so awful (drive thru mostly) but it didnt phase this team.

Loved visiting here I had never been and the person in the drive thru was very patient and helped me with the drink I was looking for with a very nice smile when I made it to the window. Their cake pops are amazing and the drink was awesome! Will be going back!!!

I go to this Starbucks on a daily basis and sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. They are very cordial and friendly. They have gotten to know me by name and know my preferences in food and drink. In addition, they are clean, accurate, fast and efficient. I can't think of a single thing that I would change or that they need to improve on. This particular Starbucks rocks!

Fast, friendly service. Even when my husband is being extra. They helped me find options that were right for my dietary requirements. The employees were considerate & help foster a calm atmosphere for everyone. Love it!
