I wish I would have found Shana's place years ago. She's friendly and welcoming, and put a lot of care into my cut, which I feel is the best I've ever gotten. As someone who has always felt a bit disappointed by the chain places, I would highly recommend Shana!

Beware of missing an appointment! She gave me a long and angry lecture because I forgot to call and cancel. Entirely my fault but I did call her back after the fact to apologize. I wasn't expecting an angry response threatening me that this will be my last appointment ever if I fail to call ahead of time. She claims, I missed an appointment before. She's never cut my hair. Sorry Shana, I've decided to take my business elsewhere but as you blasted out you are busy with lots of other customers. I'm sure I won't be missed.
