Everything was excellent! My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. Kristine was the main person taking care of us and she was great! We are not local, but stopped here while traveling. We would come here more often if we were locals. We had the nachos which we cleaned our plate and wish there was more.. but we had to save room for our main dishes. I had the brisket burger and my husband had the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were excellent! Also, the atmosphere was great.. the layout, decor, music, and there is an elevator for accessibility. I hope we can make it back here sometime! 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

We went on a Friday during the day after the Christkindl market. CJ was our service and was AMAZING! Gave great food recommendations and amazing drink recommendations! We had brisket burger, regular burger and chicken sandwich! A great experience! Great service with a great attitude during a busy time of year! We will definitely be back!

We came to walk around the town and for lunch. I found Craft Urban because of their gluten free options. We walked around then came here and it was truly amazing! We got the Buffalo cauliflower, and the lunch special of the Crispy chicken sandwich with the pear salad (all gluten free!) the cauliflower was coated and cooked super well without being super greasy. Really happy we came here! We also had their specialty $7 margs which were really good too!

So much was interesting about this restaurant, from the eclectic atmosphere, to the equally eclectic delectable food. From start to finish, the restaurant drips character and style, and is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Service was friendly and attentive, and last but not least, the food was excellent. My steak especially was amazing, and I couldn't stop eating it, much to the chagrin of my full stomach. All in all, I'll be back to dine at this hidden gem that makes its unique mark on the already vibrant dining scene in Downtown Geneva.

Really unique spot! I love the indoor decor. Service was wonderful. The chilequiles were delicious and the burger as well. The fries were crispy with great flavor. The drink menu looked yummy. Someone ordered a Bloody Mary and it looked really good. Outdoor seating as well.

Food and cocktails were excellent!!! I had the sirloin with grilled zucchini on a bed of ricotta with olive oil which was delicious! Sirloin was amazing! It was made with a red wine reduction and it was light but not overpowering, not masking the taste of the beef. We had the risotto for appetizer and it was the best risotto I’ve had!! The drink pictures it’s the blue lightning, it was so good!! If you like cocktails that aren’t too sweet, you’ll love this. Our waiter, a middle ages man with a beard, was excellent! He was attentive and wanted to get to know his customers. The hostesses were sweet and helpful and Rachel the bartender was as sweet as pie! Will definitely come here again!!!

Went here for brunch with my family on a Sunday afternoon. Upon stepping inside, I knew this would be a nice place to spend the afternoon. The host greeted us promptly and gave us two options for seating; and asked if any of us had food allergies...this was a nice surprise since my kids have a food allergy and nobody ever asks us. The host made it a point that he would notify the waitstaff and kitchen staff.

The service was fast and efficient, our food was awesome, and the entire staff was accommodating to our two kids. As my kids finished their meals, our waiter told them to check out the art upstairs...this gesture gave my wife and I a few minutes to finish our coffee and beer.

The pricing is as you would expect for this type of exclusive restaurant.

Brass tacks: excellent food and high-end atmosphere without the pretense. I'm going back.

The place was very trendy for a date night. I was there filming a proposal, the staff was extremely helpful and the food was mouth watering. I had the red wine pot roast... lets just say OMG!!! Would love to film here again and take my wife here for a date night. Staff 5/5 Decor 5/5 Food 5/5.

Love this place. Hidden gem in Geneva. The lunch was awesome

I visited Craft Urban with a friend for "Drag Brunch." Making a reservation over the phone was easy, and service was fast while we dined. Drinks were good! The potatoes and jam that came with the classic breakfast were amazing! The bathrooms were also very clean and cute! Most importantly, the Queens slayed and the restaurant maintained an "urban", lgbtq+ friendly environment.

The food and service was phenomenal!!! Michael was the best server!! He made such great recommendations and gave excellent service! The butter biscuits were absolutely amazing!!!

Craft Urban is one of our go-tos a for gluten free food! The menu is clearly marked, and the staff is very knowledgeable. We’ve only had good experiences here and love it every time. Great people, great food, great atmosphere - what else can you ask for??

Very fun restaurant with excellent menu. Lots of gluten free items. My favorite is the GF! fried cheese curds that have fried pickles, peppers, cauliflower and onions in there too!! It's a real treat. Our server was fantastic too! He even made a delicious and pretty mocktail upon request!

Awesome experience!!! If you are near the Geneva, IL area please take some time to visit Craft Urban. This fresh, farm to table environment is a wonderful mix of eclectic, nostalgic, modern, and restorative. It's like sitting at your own dining room table. We enjoyed the freshness of everything from the Kiddie Cocktail with fresh marinated cherries to Mom's Pound Cake with real cream and fresh fruit. Serving sizes are great. Services were on point with knowledge of food and the best choices. Definitely worth a revisit! THANKS!!!!

Such a cool place. Loved the food. Ordered their bbq Korean tacos, chicken Sammie and lobster sandwich with fries. Everything was delicious! Huge portions, friendly staff

Cute little spot to stop in for a drink or two, friendly staff. Jesse was very cool. Great artwork all around. We have been here once before and it was pretty much the same when we returned which was nice. Really cool cocktails. We will be back and would recommend anyone else to stop on in.

Went out to Craft last week or so to grab a cocktail and some appetizers. It was a delightful experience made all the better by our waitress Sara! She was personable and knowledgeable about the food and drink menu, which was much appreciated for our table! Additionally, the drinks and food Sara recommended were absolutely delicious. High recommend for the ambiance and the waitstaff!

My new favorite restaurant for the brunch! Great options for vegetarian like me! Loved the ambiance, service and food. Will definitely be back!

SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and GF. I didn’t get sick. Highly recommend coming here. I was able to eat fried safe food (dedicated GF fryer). Incredible!
