WTF?! What the Fry - O'Fallon

I love the concept, the GTFO is amazing!

You can’t walk in and order you have to order through a food delivery app then choose self pick up. I personally have never used an food order service because there is usually an up charge per item.

The only option is delivery, which doubled the cost of the item by the time you add tax, delivery fee, and tip. I’ll try it if I can pick it up. I am aware of the concept, but I don’t see the value of $11 fries that cost $20 to be delivered. Sorry

If I could give it a lower rating I would have! Our (my husband and I) experience was horrible. My hubby was excited to try this place and sadly we will never try it again. First we did not receive everything we ordered. Second the fries and all topping including the sauce and cheese sauce were COLD and not like lukewarm I mean COLD. Thirdly the meat both hamburger (which was literally a patty cooked and chopped up) and the philly meat was DRY! Forth and to me the most important - The fries which mind you is supposed to be the star of the show here were soggy and bland. The only good thing I can say is the cheese sauce would have been really good if it was hot and fresh and I had a nice crispy fry to dip into it!!!! Seriously if your gonna do a fry delivery service you might wanna figure out what your doing because this was HORRIBLE!!!!!
