What a great find.
Our first time in and certainly we will return. The food was wonderful and the drinks were well crafted. The smoked turkey was delicious and I really enjoyed the potato salad. Smoked wings were very good and everything is better with Kiko sauce!

I'd love to see some smoked vegetables on the menu, but everything we had was great.

Quite the experience at the newest restaurant in the Fox Valley. First off, the design of the place is right at home in Wicker Park or West Town Chicago. Contemporary modern with TVs and an adult playlist. Onto the sauces... there are 2. One is a smoother, rusty red colored sauce similar to something you would find in the southern USA. The other is a chunky, spice filled, smokey bbq like sauce that has very unique flavors. Finally, the meats are perfect. Nothing like any bbq around. Perfectly cooked, fresh, and fills the air. The tacos are delicious and the mac is to die for. Will be back soon!

We ordered The Franklin platter for take out for New Year's Eve. The food was excellent! It was a special treat to enjoy the variety of meats, sides and barbeque sauces. We especially enjoyed the smoked turkey, pulled pork, mac n cheese and the K (kickin'?) bbq sauce. Thanks for making the great spread for take out.

Everything we had was delicious, unique, and was super affordable. Very fun atmosphere. Local beers. Very good old fashioned. Every staff was super attentive and friendly. Burnt ends and brisket were fan favorites. Will definitely return!

DELICIOUS food! The ambiance was great as well. Came here for Sunday lunch with my teenage son and he loved it all too.

Easily the best BBQ in the area by a mile. Not only do they have a giant poster of Han Solo in carbonite, which in my nerd mind is epic, but they're food is AMAZING and fills you up! I order the Rodney, and it has bacon AND pulled pork! So good! Seriously, there's so much pork in that sandwich its necessary to make a mess in order to eat it. I love eating from here!

Great local BBQ. My go to is the brisket with the Turkish bbq sauce. Although if you are lucky enough to wander in on a Sunday morning when brunch is being served, get the breakfast burrito.

Absolutely delicious! The interior is beautiful! The sides were tasty and I loved the pineapple sauce! Dangerous that it's so close to home! We will definitely be back.

Sorry to share my delicious oak &swine burger on my at home paper plate lol, I performed at Comedy vault tonight, after a sold out 7pm show, feeling great . Execelent food great variety i like to try different places this is one the spots you must try, the beans they have a little spicy kick and the homemade german potatoes salad and the meats with special seazons.

This place is awesome! Small little place so I recommend calling ahead (I did and had a table ready when I arrived on a busy Friday night) The staff is friendly and prompt. Drink selection is huge and prices are reasonable. The food though, the food is amazing and portions are perfectly sized!! Best brisket chili I have ever had! Highly recommend and I will be returning!

The food was delicious! We’re from Texas and their BBQ didn’t disappoint. Definitely the best Texas style bbq I’ve had outside of Texas! We had the brisket, sausage, and pork. As well as the Mac n cheese, elotes, and potato salad. Brisket and elotes were my favorite. Kids loved the Mac n cheese. The bbq sauces are not traditional but still so good! Oh, and they have awesome mixed drinks.

Exceptional staff! Best conversation I've had in a while - if you work in the food and bev industry these people are instant friends and some of the kindest people I've found in this little neighborhood of Batavia. Great whiskey selection, well educated staff and food is classic. We went for drinks and apps - burnt ends came with a refreshing apple carrot slaw and everything was well dressed. Great space for a quiet drink or great conversation.

This place is awesome! We sat on the out door patio. Service was great! First time here, so we asked to try a sample of this 1 beer, and when the server returned, he had 2 samples so my husband could compare & see which one he preferred! That is great Customer service! & he went with the one the server had brought as the 2nd choice, awesome! Food was great! We will be back for more!!

Counter-served BBQ and modern, self-seat venue with ample tables upstairs. Clean and welcoming. Prices are completely reasonable for the quality of the product. Beer selection was surprisingly deep. In-house sauces were unique and almost worth the visit alone. This place is a very welcome addition to downtown Batavia. I'd recommend the brisket and the pork tacos, as well as just about any of the sides.

A must try! The food here is incredible, generous portions! Delicious sauces!! The smoked meats Wow! All the sides are great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the ordering process.

New favorite spot for sure - brisket tacos and a nice cold local craft beer!! Thank you for coming to Batavia.

Updated review 2/2020 since the bar Reno. Again fantastic, the drinks are just as great as the food. Great old fashioned with more choices on food with fantastic rubs on the Chicken wings.

Great experience at this new establishment—enjoyed everything about my experience here, starting, of course, with the food. I had 2 salmon tacos and even though I was already full, I had to try the smoked turkey, both of which were delicious. Others in my group had brisket and pork, with potatoes and mac and cheese sides—everyone was talking about how great their choice was. They offer several kinds of beer, etc, so pairing a nice drink with a meal is possible here—it is a step up from “grab and go” (though that can be done also!)

The feel of the place is urban, fast casual. The decor is interesting and stylish with clear attention to detail. There’s plenty of seating with an upstairs area that includes several TVs, and a wrap around counter with chairs downstairs.

Service was immediate and friendly, and written details about menu items were available (I chose the salmon tacos because of the pineapple garnish I read about).

Location is great-right at the intersection of Wilson and rt 25 in Batavia, with on street parking available and a free lot across the street.

Overall, 5 stars—can’t wait to go back—this place is sure to be a staple for a long time to come.

Oak & Swine is our absolute favorite Batavia place to be! Great service, friendly conversation and love the culinary choices. We travel and have lived all over. It is always good to find that place that is consistent all the way around! We are foodies and I am never disappointed. Evan is our favorite bartender! Cheers!

Quick, pleasant service, nice atmosphere, tasty cocktails and delicious food - perch fish fry and three meat platter did not disappoint! 3 different house bbq sauces available but not needed, meats had great flavor on their own.
