Wow! My first po boy had me feeling like a rich man! Nola Roux offers great spice and delicious New Orleans flavor in Saint Joseph, MI. I'm allergic to shellfish, but there are great alternatives to choose from when eating at Nola Roux!

Gem of St Joe!! Tried their Sampler which had Jambalaya, Red Beans and Royal Gumbo. This should be plenty of food for one person. Also tried their Seafood Etouffee. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would go here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort southern cuisine.

Stopped here as a recommendation from a friend. Food was awesome. My daughter lives in NOLA and I haven't enjoyed the Cajun food down there as much as I did from this little place in St Joe! The bourbon beef po boy.... So so good

First time eating here. The food is crazy good. We'll be back. We had a little bit of everything. All was almost A+. My only critique would be to lay off the saltiness just a bit on the shrimp po'boy. That was a B+, everything else A+. Falling off the bone good. And how did yall get that cornbread so on point? Usually cornbread is dry and an afterthought. The gumbo and jerk chicken was fiya!!!! 😆

Amazing food!! You should definitely think of opening up a restaurant in the Kalamazoo area. It’s such a far drive for us, but definitely worth it. No one around our area even comes close to your Cajun food, especially the Gumbo. You would bank over this way!

Best gumbo ever. I got the cup size and could only eat 1/2 because it was so rich and full of goodies.

I was really glad to find such a good Cajun restaurant in a small town. Both the gumbo and andouille sausage I had tasted authentic and comforting.

Every time I’ve been here, the food has been delicious. The service is quick and the food is served hot. I’ve had several dishes in the many times I’ve been here and each one has been quite tasty. And the music they’ve got playing makes the visit even more enjoyable!

Shrimp po’ boy had great remoulade and was the perfect bite. I think the sides could’ve been warmer when served to us. The jambalaya was excellent in flavor, and the Mac ‘n cheese was more on the basic side. Overall, would go back, the decor was solid. The atmosphere from the outside is very unassuming which I like.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE their authentic NOLA flavors . The restaurant ambience is as if you just walked into a Cafe off of Bourbon Street.

The food at this place was absolutely amazing! I got the seafood Monica and I could not be more impressed with it! I also got a burbon beef poboy and the meat was really jucy and flavorful! The bread they use was also very high quality and really added to both the sandwich and the seafood Monica! Would highly recommend this place!

Excellent cajun food! Their po boy doesn't skimp on the meat and fillings while served on delicious bread. The seafood etoufee has just the right balance of spices and it is really filling. I was just passing through the area and decided to stop by. Every dish I tried here blew me away. If I ever find myself in Benton Harbor ever again, this is a must stop!

Absolutely one of the best meals I've had in the Benton Harbor area in the 3 months I've been working down there. Fast service. Delicious. The red beans and rice were probably my favorite. The gumbo was spot on too. Everything was good. Hard to pick a favorite.

It is a nice little place to get something different. My only complaint is that my husband had a hard time breaking into his crab legs bc all they offer is plasticware... Not a big deal, just a note 😊 The food is delicious and the staff is friendly! (Pictured: the Big Easy boil)
