A tree fell during a storm and badly damaged our outbuilding. Mike came out immediately to check it out and Elizabeth helped me with the claim from start to finish. The customer service was wonderful and we are so thankful!

I have been a staff member for many State Farm agencies over the different moves/regions I have had to make for many years and I can honestly say that coming to work for Mike Morrill was decided the moment that I saw how Mike, Brenda, and Gayle go above and beyond to help customers. I knew that I wanted to be part of that type office. People often come in to just thank our office for the service that they received on a claim, a car change, a home purchase, or a death claim. Clients often stop in just to tell us about things going on in their families too and it's because they know we genuinely care. I hope more people do business with us and see that here they are more than a number or a sale. We do care to call you about payment reminders, we do care to make sure your discounts don't fall off. Most importantly we want you to feel welcome in our office and provide a safe space for you to tell us what is going on in your life so we can help you most. I drive about an hour everyday to get to work; and not once has the drive been an issue because I love where I work and the people I work with.

Responsive is the number one reason I like this agency. I have used Mike's agency for many years. Now I normally deal with Gayle who has been great when help was needed. Including one time I was broke down on the road. Service truck came quickly.

In preparation for purchasing a house and moving from Northern Virginia to Troy, I requested a quote for homeowner's insurance late one night, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Mike at the very beginning of the next business day. I explained our circumstance, and Mike advised one of his staff would be in contact with me later that morning. Within an hour, I received a call from Elizabeth with a few follow-on questions, and had an updated quote in my e-mail shortly thereafter. Elizabeth called to go over the quote and thoroughly explained each cost. She provided an education in mine subsidence insurance, which is something I had never encountered. When we executed the policy, she provided the lender copies of documents required prior to settlement. From start to finish this was a very pleasant, personable and effective business transaction. I look forward to meeting Mike and his team and thanking them in person in the coming months.

My experience at Mike Morrill's State Farm business in O'Fallon on Monday, 3 June was AWESOME! My windshield had been recently cracked and within seconds of letting the representative know, she pulled up my data, verified my coverage and asked to see the windshield. She confirmed the damage and told me she would call a local glass company for repairs. The glass company scheduled my car for repair on Wednesday. Perfect!
