Derrick is the best!! He fixed my blinker bulb, after his coworker, who didn’t seem too interested to help me. He was very busy and helped a number of people before he helped me and still came out and got the job done. He did it in a timely manner as well. He deserves a raise!

Wonderful experience, a technician by the name of Noah promptly diagnosed my faulty alternator which my dealership failed to catch.

My low coolant light came on today. I pulled into autozone ofallon and found Tasha A. She helped me out more than I've been helped at an autoparts store since the 90s. Once I told her I lived a couple towns away and didnt want to wait for a tow since it was 100 degrees out she came up with a plan to get me home safely. She spent some time with me making sure my vehicle was safe enough to get me where I was going. She was even kind enough to give me her number in case I got stranded going home in the heat. Tasha is an amazing employee who went above and beyond for this customer. I hope Autozone knows just how lucky they are to have her.

I was in a bit of a situation yesterday with my husbands battery for his car. I called the Belleville east store about in stock and installation. The lady told me who answered the phone that they had the battery but they wouldn’t install it. So I than called the Ofallon Il location and spoke with Matt who was a total rockstar good service is hard to come by He was getting off in 30 mins and still took the time out to install the battery and not hand me off to someone else. I thanked him many times he just said no problem happy to help. So I wanted to take a Sec to shout out Matt at the Ofallon location is a rockstar

Exceptional service. My battery in my car died(had no transpertation) and Kevin was kind enough to let me purchase it over the phone . Then they brought it to me . Thank you delivery driver with silver car . YOU GUYS ARE AWSOME

The associate came out and tested my battery. He was very professional and courteous.

There's many choices with auto parts stores but I only go to AutoZone. The staff is always friendly and if that they don't have my part they can get it. The O'fallon store always look clean and organized I love shopping here.

The tech, after hearing what my car was doing, checked my oil for me, then ran diagnostics on my car. He DIDN'T sell me any oil even though he could have because it was a little low, but made suggestions for the other repairs that needed to be done. He even suggested some mechanics 😍

Great fast and friendly service

The store has a good selection of items in stock. If they don't have it in stock they can order it and have it with in a day or two for most items. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is one of the better Auto Zone stores I have been to.

It was a woman run store, and a female employee who is studying for the ASE certification installed our battery. FREE.
