I've used Geneva Tire & Auto for 4+ years now, for both tire and brake service, and I'm happy to offer my highest endorsement. Over the past 45+ years, I've interacted with many auto service shops across 7 states, and this family-run business easily ranks at the top for their honesty, professionalism, and quality of service. They've always taken time to answer questions, provide insight, and offer trustworthy advice. My highest recommendation!

I was super hesitant to go to a formal shop to get my car serviced as it’s an older car with what seems to be a handful of issues. As a woman who’s knowledge about cars doesn’t extend much past “don’t hit anything while driving”, I’ve been jerked around by many a shop in the past. I’ve been quoted over thousands of dollars in repairs recently and it caused a lot of stress and anxiety as my car is at the point where putting that much into it is not a good investment and buying a new car wasn’t an option. I was recommended Geneva Tire & Auto by a mutual friend so I decided to at least get it quoted. I had no idea I would be adopted into the family that owns the business. They had my absolute best interest in heart and were super straightforward and honest with me. I told them my goal was to repair my car enough to have it for another year and they gave me a game plan as well as prices to get me to my goal. It ended up being less than $450 and was done within hours. BIG difference than a couple thousand dollars the other shops had quoted me. I cannot recommend Geneva Tire & Auto enough. If you’re carrying tension in your shoulders from having car troubles, skip the massage and go to Geneva Tire & Auto. The stress will melt off.

A friend had recommended Geneva Tire and Auto. Up until today, I hadn’t had the opportunity to experience what First Class Automotive Care truly was.

They not only stayed later to assess the work needed and they topped it
off by to do the work on a Friday Afternoon which truly exceeded my expectations.

The work was done honestly, quick and reasonably priced.

Thought I needed brakes and tires on my 4 yr old car but they said my brakes were good. Honest and straightforward, they let you know upfront they can't compete with big box prices on tires but we prefer to spend a few extra on tires to support small family business rather than corporations. Prices on oil changes, brakes, other car maintenance/repairs are competitive. Dog friendly store, so bring your dog! One of the owners even does nail trims for $10! Our dog wouldn't let anyone trim her nails until we came here. Leave your car and stroll historic downtown Geneva or, on a crummy day, you can hang out, work on a puzzle, have a cup of coffee, play with one of their Goldens (if you don't like dogs, they keep them crated). Interesting antiques for sale, too!

I have used Geneva Tire for almost 40 years. Same family, new generation now.
It is an "old fashioned " auto repair shop that will fix your car and will not replace parts that are not needed. You can trust them completely.

These people are the greatest! They do a great job, are great people, are reasonably priced, and are HONEST, whether you're a man or a woman. You can't say that about all car repair shops. They are our #1 choice in car repair!
