Ashley Store

I looked at the Ashley website earlier today and identified several sofas which met my needs. Upon arriving at the Geneva store I was greeted by Brianna who was very helpful. I was directed to floor models of sofas which I then sat on, tested and found one that was suitable for my needs. It was on sale which was another plus as well as available for delivery. I made the purchase and arranged for delivery on a date of my choosing.

Thus far it was a very satisfying experience.

We were very happy with the service we received at Ashley furniture. Greta was a great help and very knowledgeable.
I loved that we could follow the delivery truck on my phone. The setup of my mattress was done quickly and professionally.

Briana Harris is the best and I wish she was the salesperson everywhere I needed to buy anything. Our Black Friday experience at Ashley did not disappoint. My wife and I were shopping with her parents for a new living room furniture set for their home and secondarily for a new sofa for ourselves. Upon entering the store, we were approached by Briana Harris who was immediately welcoming and friendly. She provided us with all of the information for the days sales and discounts, let us know where to find her, and encouraged us to look around at our own pace. We moved all over the store testing pieces and Briana was great about checking in on us. Once a decision had been made, Briana was incredible about working with us and negotiating the best deal for multiple pieces to be sent to separate homes. The sales prices were more than fair to begin with but I did not feel as if we were surprised with any hidden fees. The warranties seemed fair and also include a clause where if they are not used, the cost can be applied to your next piece. In the end, we had a great experience with excellent, personable service and got what we were looking for at a great price. Thank you again, Briana!!!

I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Greta who gave me some information about the store. I told her I was looking for and she showed me where I could find those items. Then she hung back and gave me an opportunity to browse on my own. When I was Ready, she and I compared various pieces and she helped me make final decisions.

She was the perfect balance of being helpful without being pushy at all. The entire process was quick and easy. I look forward to coming back for future purchases.

We loved our experience at the Ashley store! Low key, no pressure, and knowledgeable. We've looked and looked for a new recliner and found it at Ashley. We're so pleased, can't say enough. Loved our saleswoman!!! We would give more stars if we could!

Our sales rep Dan was great, not overbearing and very helpful. Couldn't make up our mind that day but came back today. Dan was unavailable and Briana stepped in and helped us. She was great, very knowledgeable about all the sectionals, their inventory, covered all pricing/payment options and insurance coverage. Thank you Dan and Briana for all your help!

Ashley has beautiful products, the staff can be helpful but not always super knowledgeable. Delivery is always on time, accurate, and quick. But once again, one item has slight issues. Last time it was the bedframe that had a giant big gash in the wood and this time it was my cream colored ottoman having a dark black spot on it. I was told someone would call me today to come out and clean it, but never heard from anyone. Hoping they will call tomorrow otherwise I will once again be chasing Ashley furniture down after a delivery

This was my first time visiting an Ashley store to purchase anything. I had talked to Sania Ali on the phone to see if they had the sofa I had seen on the web in the showroom to test sitting on it. She said they did and when I got to the store she greeted me showed me the sofa I was looking at and others. She then provided me with a discounted quote for the sofa in a very professional manner. She explained everything from delivery very well. And I purchased the sofa.

Sania Ali is a great asset for this store and represented Ashley furniture in a very professional manner. I will ask for her again and suggest that you do as well.

Sales associate was very helpful, informative, & friendly. With her help we were able to find a bedroom set and lamp table we liked.

Brianna was an excellent sales representative. I called the store the day before to confirm a dining set was on display. She was pleasant over the phone and in the store. She provided excellent service and answered all my questions during my purchases.

Sonja is really great. She knew what she was saying in the sleep bed. She took her time to explain the difference between the mattress. Sonja and her employer were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything. You were very helpful.

Bri gave us great service and answered all our questions. We found some great items for kids bedroom! Super excited for it all.

After entering store in Geneva, I was pleasantly greeted by Rich; he was very helpful assisting in securing item, in which I later purchased. He was patient. Unfortunately, I didn't recall the correct name of item. Shortly thereafter, the search was accomplished, thanks to Rich. And now, I am looking forward to delivery!

Our Salesman Rich is wonderful. We told him what we were looking for & he showed us options of recliners & beds. He explained all the costs & deals thoroughly, he answered all our questions. We also met with the store manager Jen, who was also very easy to understand & helpful.
What we were looking for we found in Ashley & had no other stops to make. Thank You Ashley for your exceptional employees, Rich & Jen!!
