Nice services and good material and styles. Good deals too.

Today I visited the Geneva, IL Location because I was in dire need of some new shorts!
I looked online first to see whaty options where, and noticed that for "2 days only" they were having a $12 sale.
So I headed into the store, keep in mind that gas prices are at an all the HIGH ($5.15 a gallon) and I drive a gas guzzling truck, not to mention having to drag 2 toddlers along for a 45 minute drive.
I noticed once in the store that the jean shorts were not on sale for $12 😣😣😣 because that was an online deal only... But of course, that's just my luck!

I figured, welp... I drove all the way here, so I'm still getting them no matter what the price now.

I got up to the check out, and the nice girl asked how I was. And literally not complaining, I mentioned how I was bummed, that "I thought the jean shorts where $12" she kindly said, well if you can show me online, I'll honor the price!
Literally to my EXCITEMENT, I quickly showed her and she was definitely able to honor the price!

These days it's the little things like this! She honestly didn't have to give me.the sale price, but she was kind, and did!
I wish I would've gotten her name so I can tell the manager how great she was, and that she made this Mama's day!

I love this Old Navy! It's always has things that I can't find at other stores and the employees are fantastic! CALEIGH really went above and beyond to help me find my new favorite top online and at a great price. She was so nice and helpful. Great customer service is hard to find. Thanks Caleigh!

I had a horrible return to do. It was really something I would never normally do but do to super overwhelming circumstances I decided to just go ahead and bring my online purchase to the store to return. I dreaded the experience because it was a lot. Izzy was my cashier and she did an amazing job getting the return done and was so kind through the entire thing. This place is always a great place to shop because it so clean and the staff is friendly and helpful but today the kindness showed went above and beyond. This Old Navy should be honored to have employees like Izzy working for them!

This store is incredibly busy and can be a bit overwhelming when shopping on a Saturday afternoon. It's basically expected to be like this in this area. Overall, the store is pretty well organized and even though though it can be busy it doesn't look disheveled. The staff do a pretty decent job of keeping the store looking pretty decent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They always have the best jeans for everyone. I like the color and size selection. You get quality jeans for about $25 each.

I had to exchange 2 pr. of jeans that I bought online. The transaction was quick and simple and the cashier was very friendly & helpful. I wish I remembered her name. I only have the employee's number from my receipt: 2586970. Hope this helps!

Someone, I believe by the name Shayna/Shaynah(?) helped me on the floor the other day. I was looking for cardigans and couldn’t find them anywhere. I’m always very skeptical about asking for help in stores, people are often rude. But, this location and this worker made me feel very comfortable and helped me find what I needed, quickly.

They have 20-40% off selected winter jackets, jeans, sweaters, and kids close are on sale. Super cash started today 12/3

Love this store, wish it was closer. The GM was more than helpful when I needed it. He knew exactly how to make 8 people ranging in age from 47 to 9 match up for family pics.

Old Navy is the only place I buy jeans! Bought 2 straight leg cut in reg and light blue. Loved them so much, went back and bought them in black and dark blue!!!! So happy!

Visited this store from another town 30 mins away. Store was clean, well stocked and the customer service was FANTASTIC! Good job Old Navy.

Lots of great sale items, store was well stocked! Carts are sanitized, hand sanitizer available when you walk in and leave the store!
