Joanie's To Go

Tried this place for the 1st time today and ordered the Johnny's special meat pie. The pizza was phenomenal! We'll definitely be back.

Here is the wonderful deal! The atmosphere was outstanding you have to love a mom and pop restaurant because, only there can you feel like you're in your own Mother's kitchen. Now, let me tell you about the food the portions were gigantic. I had meat lasagna and spinach lasagna both were outstanding. The lady that took my order was friendly and courteous but most of all there were people in the back saying thank you for coming in. Now that is customer service. Starting at the front door; that's where it begins. Now, if you haven't ate at this restaurant you're cheating yourself out of a wonderful experience. You're cheating yourself out of great authentic St Louis cook food. Now that would be a crime. What are you waiting for go try this place out!

So we ordered Joanie's to our hotel during a trip to STL. I am from the STL area but moved several years ago and idk how I didn't know about this AWESOME place! The food was AMAZING! We fed our family of 5 for $60 and had plenty of food left over! The pizza was SO good! And the buffalo tenders were super yummy! I will def be ordering from them again on our next trip to the STL area!

So good! We walked in and got a large order and the wait was great. Not too long at all. We got a couple of pizzas, some apps and lasagna. All were amazing. The Doug's as a double crust was so delicious! And it was beautiful! We came for a weekend trip but we will be back to Joanie's to go when we drive through!

We are on a birthday road trip! No "real" plans other than to order pizza wherever we stay for the night!

We are both really happy we went with Joanie's to go. It was delicious pizza, the ravioli was good too (first time we have ever had it - ever!) The sauce was delicious. I ordered a piece of cheesecake for my birthday and everything arrived quickly, correctly and a chocolate chip cookie also arrived which was a sweet surprise!

Great customer service, answered all my questions and I am closing out this day if traveling, sightseeing and celebration very satisfied 😌

I was craving hot wings for lunch today and stumbled across Joanie’s while looking for places on Google. I did order through Grubhub but I had to call them to ask for extra sauce on my wings. The customer service was superb she took my name before my order came through and promised she would have it together for me. The wings and the salad were spot on very delicious.Also the lunch special price is very reasonable. I will be ordering again soon

Joanie's is one of the best thin crust pizzas I've ever had. If your eating imos or st.louis pizza and wings and this is close to you then you need to give this a try.

I've dined at Joanie's for over a decade now, and their food is incredible. Pizza, mozz sticks, salad, meatballs, sandwiches...doesn't matter. You're going to love what you order.

On this particular visit, I picked up several pizzas for a work party. Each of them were indescribably delicious. (Salads too!)

Let this establishment's reputation speak for itself and my review only assist in it. Whether dining in or taking out, Joanie's won't let you down; in fact they'll consistently let you up!

The pizza here is LEGIT. Their Italian sausage is spectacular, don't skip it. Lasagna is like your Italian Grandma's would make.

Freaking Delicious our first time there and now our only pizza spot

nice spot for to go orders of pizza, calzones, pasta, sandwiches, wings, and some select entries.

I love everything I've had on the menu. their pizzas and calzones are the real selling point for me, very good crust, sauce, and toppings

I have only had Joanie's twice so for now I give them a 5. First order was the Cajun battered shrimp and a house salad. Both were amazingly delicious! The second time I ordered for delivery, my order was late so I was not able to eat my lunch that day. I ordered the sweet sticky wings because people at work kept talking about how good they were. As for me, I will not order them again. They were over cooked and tiny. I also ordered cheese fries, which were pretty good. There was just the right amount of cheese and the fries were cooked perfectly. People also talk about how delicious the pizza is, I think I am going to try that next. Just hope the delivery is on time. 😉

Staff at the Hampton recommended this pizza place. So good, they delivered very quickly
Staff was super friendly and helpful and the delivery driver was so nice. We got hand tossed Deluxe and a pepperoni sausage and both really good.

Salads are soooo good! Fresh ingredients, and neatly packed in containers! My only complaint is my egg was missing!

As a Chicagoan, I've been exposed to many great pizzas in my day. Pan, deep dish, thin, and of course, stuffed.

I was hesitant at first to try "St. Louis" style pizza as it didn't seem like much more than pizza on matzah.

Although my suspicions were correct, Joanie's pizza was phenomenal. Perfect crunch on the crust and it was done to the equivalent to pasta's "al dente".

We also had the pleasure of trying Joanie's toasted ravioli. Absolutely delightful as well. Crispy enough for a decent texture and also well done inside. My kids ate most of them!

When we return to STL, we will go out of our way to return to Joanie's.

Chris really adds character to this place! Best driver hands down. Food is top notch!

Best service I’ve had in a long time!
I’m In the industry and I know when someone orders late ( close to closing time ) it can get frustrating. When I ordered, Joanie didn’t only tell me I was okay to order, she even called me back .
Her staff made the food to perfection no matter how late it was and it was delicious.
Her and her staff are amazing! I hope if anyone has any decisions on what they want to eat that they choose Joanie’s !!

I ordered the grilled chicken garlic pizza. Hands tossed.. all I can say is get you some you will not regret it. They're awesome the food is great. The portions are nice, fresh ingredients. And the staff are awesome they tend to you they make sure you are okay

I'm so happy I tried Joanies again. I had a rough day and bad luck with local delivery lately, so I was hesitant to order anything delivered. Twenty minutes after placing my online order my doorbell rang. What arrived was an amazing pizza made perfectly.
