Some times I find myself getting on the Brown Line just so that I can come downtown and get a cup of the best tea I have ever tasted, the Turmeric Ginger Latte. It's best with a white chocolate / raspberry scone.
But maybe . . . , just maybe . . . , the best part of the experience, and the real reason I keep coming back, is because of the staff, especially Ebony. Always interested in my life, and in making sure I get what I came for, she makes my day a whole lot better.
Yeah, I love the tea, but this is why I come back.

Ebony took great care of me, even with my ridiculous order of a lukewarm latte.

The ambiance is beautiful, nested in the corner of a gorgeous entryway.

It was the perfect finish on a chilly trip to Millennium Park.

Friendly service who was also very helpful in helping me match the tasting notes I wanted for my made to order drip coffee. It’s a small area with just a few seats but enough to rest while waiting for the coffee

Great coffee drinks! This little coffee place needs accurate and better signage to help tourists like me figure out where to order without having to ask. Help yourself to water, but pay no attention to the sign offering water with bubbles, cuz there’s only still tap water. Skip the cramp tiny space to drink your coffee and head right up stairs to the warm, darn, cozy lounge if the Chicago athletic club! They have 3 fireplaces up there and a full bar!

Very friendly barista and good quality coffee. Their location is great you just have to pay attention a little bit since their entrance is kind of small and hidden. They do have lots of good and unique flavors like rose and agave. Their prices is also very reasonable for what they offer. Definitely will come back

Great local specialty coffee shop. They have a pour over menu ( it's on the left) and espresso drinks. They were fairly busy but the line still moved fairly quick. The staff seemed friendly. I got a local roasters Ethiopian pour over and it was good, exactly what I expected and hoped for. If you looking for specialty coffee this is a great place downtown. I would recommend and would love to come back.

This cafe have great coffee selections, all local US coffee beans. The baristas were all amazing and very welcoming which added to the great experience. The interior and design was very pleasant. Though, small, it gave a very welcoming and comfortable ambiance.

I recommend you try their pour-over black coffee. To experience the full flavor of the coffee beans.

One more thing, Chicago, when I visited was insanely cold. It might be a good idea to drop by here and grab a hot cup before you set off to Millennium Park.

Small, quaint, excellent service, Ebony makes the BEST coffee. Beans are roasted perfectly, not too burnt, but still loaded with flavor. Always consistent. This is our go to coffee house in Chicago.

So so so good. The first day we went I had a tumeric latte and a breakfast taco. My son had the truffle mocha. We loved it so much we went back the next day and he had the truffle mocha again, I had a hot tea and a blueberry scone. The staff was great and everything is delicious. They even have free water and sparkling water on tap in the waiting area!!

Stopped by while at Millennium Park. Great chocolate croissants (all pastries looked good)! Lots of beverage options. Tried an iced Elixir... Mayan something... great spices. Great baristas and service. Also found a hidden architectural view... the beautiful marble staircase inside the Chicago Athletic Association Hilton Hotel (same building).

Fantastic coffee severed with a smile. This place is in my top 10 for a latte. Bonus points for being in such an awesome building, the Chicago Athletic Association.

Located in the city heart, old fancy building, Omari barista is very friendly and nice. Service is great and prices are really convenient. Highly recommend, since it's hard to find a good coffee.

Popped in this weekend on a very cold January day in Chicago. The Vosges Chocolate Truffle Mocha was excellent. I especially liked it because it wasn't overly sweet. Service was quick and friendly.

Cute little coffee shop in the lobby of a beautiful building. Wonderful coffee options and carefully made. A few different types of espressos, pour over coffees, teas, cold coffees, nitro pours and other beverages. Some other light snacks and pastries to go with your drink. Nice selection of beans to take home too. Friendly barista and made some great recommendations for out of town travelers. Would definitely come back!

First place I have found in America that cooks pastry properly, I have lived here over 5 years. Absolutely delicious pastry and spot on coffee. Full of flavour, will be visiting again when we go back to Chicago in a few weeks.

My husband, doggo and I stopped in while visiting Millennium Park, given they're dog-friendly. We ordered a couple of coffees and both were delicious and fairly priced ($4+tx each). Friendly service, highly recommended.
