Custom Cleaners

I was searching for a tailor who could replace the invisible zipper on my only black dress, and it also needed dry cleaned. The zipper was from under the arm to the top of the hip on this dress (a lot of work), and Gloria gave me a reasonable price. The work is great, too. The zipper is as good as when I got the dress, if not better.

The dress is also perfectly cleaned and ready for whenever it’s next needed.

That, and the staff here is so nice. Both Gloria and the man who work with her are pleasant, polite, and helpful.

I left a pair of jeans to be hemmed, since I had such a good experience with the dress. Being petite, this is often a need of mine, so it’s a huge relief to find a reliable tailor locally.

I brought my wedding gown to this cleaners after another cleaners did an unworthy job of sowing in cups and inserting a bustle. Gloria went above and beyond to make sure my dress was perfect for my wedding day! I had several appointments with her to ensure my dress was exactly what I wanted! Gloria was professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable! I cannot thank you enough, Gloria for fixing my wedding gown so it is perfect for my wedding day!

The lady who works there is very nice and good at what she does when it comes to alterations. One star off since business hours on door say it opens at 7am but in reality they open at 9am now. A bit misleading since I showed up there twice before 9a and both times found myself wondering why the sign on the door says 7am open time bit no one there.

If you want to get your clothes absolutely destroyed, go to this place. I wish I could give it -0 stars. The lady that works here is delusional and convinces customers that it’s their fault when she ruins garments. My sister’s prom dress was taken here because it was closest to our house. When it was time to pick it up, the dress had BLEACH stains all over it. She completely ruined a 600+ dollar dress. When I told her to explain what happened, she claimed it was dowsed in alcohol which caused the stains (keep in mind this was a prom dress). The lady, Sylvia I believe her name is, started telling me “God is watching” when we argued with her. So inappropriate and unprofessional for a “business”. This business is an actual joke and I cant wait for it to shut down. You can tell from all the horrible reviews that is their near future. Such a scam. Go anywhere else! What a nightmare.

If I can give 0 stars that would be the case! Please do not bring your clothes here, trust me! One jacket destroyed, jacket was worn 2 times, but hey, this lady, I quote: "KNOWS this is the old jacket with an old ink spot". Guess what "Ink spot" wasn't there when we brought the jacket in! The worst of all was her behavior and customer treatment. After the jacket was destroyed in her store she didn't even refund the money I paid for cleaning. I haven't read the reviews before going there, but I really wish I did. The worst experience EVER!

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Left them a jacket that was ordered from Europe and used one winter, they destroyed it with some ink, totally! Very poor service, lady was so rude. Didn't even try do fix that. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
