Bought a 2010 Toyota Yaris from Wally a few years ago for a very good price. It had some issues with the brakes when I took it home, but Wally had it taken care of when I let him know about it. Other than that, the car has been an absolute dream. What an excellent guy, great service, and unbeatable prices!

Recently purchased a 2015 Ford Focus SE, and left very satisfied. Manager was very nice, and answered any of my questions. Will definitely be coming back in the future when I want to make another purchase

Great experience all around. The manager was very attentive and helpful when it came to purchasing my 2015 Hyundai. Even though the vehicle was on sale, he reduced it a tad more for me and it came with Warranty. Since I came on a Saturday and the DMV was closed, I had to come back Monday for my Title and he went out of his way to change my cars oil and put air in the tires. He is a very likeable and honest person and I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Schaumburg Auto Cars Inc.

A great experience with buying two cars from this dealership. The individual that helped us was very honest and gave us multiple advice regarding what would be a good option for us. If there was a car we are interested in that had any issues, he made sure to let us know all the issues that the car has for us to make the final decision. Very respectful and fair. I would definitely go to this dealer to purchase any future car while feeling confident that I know all details and any minor issues that the car might have.

Our experience here was pressure and hassle free, unlike a traditional car dealership. They didn’t try to up sell us in to unnecessary packages or extended warranties. We found a car matching our needs on a used car website, and were a little unsure of the unexpected industrial park address, but the employees were upfront and easygoing. Not much price negotiation, as the price had already been recently lowered, but definitely felt we got a fair deal considering the pricing of similar models and mileage we’d seen.
Best part was ease of transaction. Didn’t take hours like it does at a dealership. We were immediately offered the car fax report before asking, took a test drive, and were out the door in less than an hour.

Good experience buying from Wally at Schaumburg Motor Cars. He was very attentive but not pushy, and he really wanted to make sure everything got taken care of correctly and I was satisfied with my purchase. The car needed some work to get it from "drives fine" back into good condition, but the price reflected that, and Wally was upfront with the CarFax and the vehicle's history. Overall, good customer service, and a car I'm happy with.

Wally was very helpful during the entire process of buying a car. He answered all our questions, fixed one of the tires we were worried about and let us bring our own mechanic to check the car for further inspection which put our worries/concerns at ease. Very happy with our purchase!

Wally and Mike stayed late and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect 1st vehicle for our oldest child. They not only gave fantastic service they were amazing. We will definitely look there when we need our next vehicle. Big shout out to Schaumburg Motors for being great!!!!!

Extremely honest, forthcoming and I will continue purchasing my used vehicles from them.
