This is the second time I’ve worked with Brewer Plumbing And Rodding and they do not disappoint! He has replaced sink water valves, installed washer plumbing lines, Cleared pipes removed and installed a new water heater at two different locations. Mitch is professional, knowledgeable and always reliable. He makes sure the client is satisfied with the work and has good communication for expectation management. I will forever use Mitch and Brewer Plumbing And Rodding as my “go-to” plumber for the Tampa area and have less worries about potential plumbing issues that may arise, knowing he is only a call away!

Brewer Plumbing And Rodding not only fixed the leaking valves in our master bathtub very quickly, but they also showed me how to get to the hot water heater controls so I could turn up the temperature. Good work at a fair price, and they were here when they said they would be here. I’ll call them again whenever I have a plumbing need.

I just had Brewer Plumbing And Rodding come to my home and install a Bathroom vanity and faucet. Johnny was the technician and he was wonderful. His work was very detailed and he took the time to make sure things was done right. Brewer Plumbing And Rodding plumbers came out to unclog my drain in my kitchen.They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and explained to us what they did. Gave me some advice on some plumbing stuff and they were very professional. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Thanks for the service and helping me prevent a water disaster at my house! Working with this company any time I have an issues and need arises.

I was very pleased with the confidence, knowledge and expertise shown when I had these guys show up to fix my plumbing issue. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem and had it fixed very quickly.Their charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

We have had Chris do work for us on two separate occasions and both times the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He explained the entire process to us clearly and concisely and answered all our questions in an easily understood manner. He was pleasant and professional in every way. Had a water problem that shut the whole house down. John came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He went as far as even giving my son, a junior plumber, some great career advice. Showed he cared and was truly customer service oriented.

Called in morning to get blocked drain line rodded out. Tech indicated availability between 1-4. 4 rolls around with no call no show. I call office and they state tech is on commercial job and cannot make it. I ask why I was not contacted and they say it is techs responsibility. I ask if they can come out following day, they state no availability for tomorrow. I cannot rate their service other than I didn't receive any. I told office that tech was incompetent and she says she disagrees. But competency includes canceling a call or rescheduling before scheduled appointment and not just not showing up. Poor customer service. I will not contact them in the future.

I have used this service in the past, the plumber they sent out was awesome the first time. I even paid extra for their program that waves service fees. This time however, when I was unable to answer a phone call, the plumber took it upon himself to reschedule. It would have helped to know the plumber arriving hinged on me answering the phone in that moment. When I did call back he said he could come later in the day, but I said that wouldn’t work as I had to go to work. He said he would call me back in the case that his schedule changes. He did call me back and said he could be here in 2 hours, and again, i couldn’t do that. He said he could actually be here in 1 hour, so I agreed. 2.5 hours later, no show.

If you have an urgent problem do not use this company’s services. Especially don’t pay extra for the “perks.”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They told us if we signed up for this yearly commercial service it would include the assessment fee and they would provide us detail with what was causing the pipe issue. They came out - assessed the issue - and now want an additional $250. Their response on the phone - “oh we mia communicated but you still have to pay the fee” - they LIE - don’t call you back - and up charge you without warning - BEWARE!

$99 just to come out. Told me they had to tear down the tile and wall to fix it for $1,500. Got a 2nd opinion and got it fixed for 1/3 the price without tearing down my tile. Seems like they are out just to get the $99 service fee then quote you as high as possible. The invoice they sent me has no link to pay it either which is strange.

This place is a front for a scammy company that tries to sell you an expensive subscription service. The phone number goes to an overseas call center that gives you the hard sell on the subscription, and if you say no, they try to charge you $150 for a "service call" where nobody likely shows up. Look into the rest of the reviews here, they are fake. All of these glowing reviews come from people who are out of state and have exactly 1 review. It's a classic fake review scam. Don't waste your time and money here.
