The Birches

Diane is the best and most easy going landlord ever. Jeff the maintenance guy can fix anything and is a blast to talk to. By far the best and safest community in Joliet.

I moved into the Birches sight-unseen because I was coming from out-of-state. Megan was wonderful to work with during the whole process. She was responsive to my calls and emails, and very thoughtful. She sent me photos of the apartment, measured the rooms, and even went so far as to make sure the mattress I'd ordered was put into the apartment before I got there. Since I've been here, Megan and Diane have been welcoming and helpful. The bathroom sink was clogged when I arrived, and within a day of me calling to have it fixed, it was fixed! The community feels safe, and it's peaceful and quiet.

I have been living here for about 3 months now and I love it. The rent is affordable and the quality of my apartment is great. I have a deluxe one bedroom and I am beyond pleased with appliances, flooring, counters, cabinets, and shower. The air conditioner is a wall unit but it keeps my unit cool with ease, unlike other places I’ve lived. The hot water is excellent and the utility fees are always low. Laundry machines use a card that is reloaded, and each building has a machine, so there’s no need to carry baskets outside. Each building requires a fob to enter, which provides extra security. Additionally, the pool, fitness center, and business center are open 24/7 and are kept in excellent condition. I strongly recommend moving to The Birches if you’re looking for an apartment in the Joliet area. Most of the other complexes in town cannot compare, and you’ll end up paying more to end up with roaches and other inconveniences.

It's a safe place to live with secure entry to each building. Great amenities fitness center is clean and available anytime. Summer fun in the pool .
Plus the on-site management always available to resolve any issues fast and efficiently and not to mention plan fun activities for all the residents.

The staff in the leasing office were very nice. Meghan was the person who showed us around and even though we did not qualify, she was still very nice and informed us on all of the details and told us to come back in the future. Community was very clean and comfortable!

We've been living here for 5 years and love it, everything is close. From shopping, dining, public transportation and more. The staff is always on point and ready to help or simply say hi. The amenities are many and there are continuous improvements. Very considerate of our personal needs.

I am not from the area, and I have only been renting since April. I am very impressed. The staff is amazing. I love all the improvements that are being done to the complex monthly. The pool is a huge bonus always clean and a very friendly welcoming community!

Since moving here this Summer we have had the most wonderful experience in the Birches. The ladies and gentlemen in the office are some of the nicest most hardworking people you will ever meet and have made it a pleasure living here. Thank yall!

Lived here for over 5 years before moving on up. Diane and the girls in the office are great and the maintenance crew is fantastic. If you are looking for a pool this is the place to be.

So I have been renting from these guys for about 2 years now! They have been nothing but awesome and helpful. I just downsized from a 1 bedroom to a studio and oh my god. We've lived here since 2005. It's quiet, and like its own little bubble community. The pool is active with friendly people during the summer, everyone is considerate and neighborly. I've loved living in the Birches. Diane is a kind and lovely grounds manager. Jeff is a knowledgeable, sometimes goofy, hands on man. He'll make you smile. Out of the picks in Joliet, the Birches is the best overall.

The Birches is a lovely place to live. I’ve made my my home here for several years. The Property Management Team is great and the Maintenance staff is excellent. They always respond to maintenance requests. Additionally, they continually updating the property including landscaping. In recent years, they’ve added a computer lab and work out space.

my boyfriend was just apartment touring here and I have to say that the staff were super nice and very helpful! Delaney and the other ladies answered our questions very thoroughly.

The property was very well kept, the model apartment was very clean, and we liked how everything was presented to us.

I just renewed my lease!!! This is a very peaceful place to live. The staff is always very helpful whenever I need them. I would highly recommend the birches to anyone looking to live a nice peaceful life. The amenities and the pool is always a plus!!! Looking forward to being here for a long time..
