I needed an affordable car which was going to be reliable and I am so happy I found Roger and Mike at Auto Deals in Roselle Illinois. After getting jerked around by scammers on Facebook marketplace for a week, I decided to stop by Auto Deals and see what they had there. Immediately Roger gave me a good feeling but you never know with used car salesman. Anyways he started asking question about what I was looking for, about my budget etc. And I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options and the guy was super honest about everything. I wound up driving 2 cars and really liked one of them and he gave me a super competitive price, much better than I was finding on Facebook or craigslist. So I bought the car and about a week later I had a minor issue, so I called Roger, he said come right over and let me look. Shockingly he took the car straight to his mechanic and they fixed the issue right away at NO CHARGE to me. He really did not need to do that but the guy REALLY CARES about his customers. I did not expect to be leaving such a long positive review but this place went way above and beyond. If you need an affordable used car look no further, go to Auto Deals. I know I will be returning next time I am in the market. 5/5 stars, thank you guys!

I was looking for almost 3 weeks to buy a CargonVan Mercedes Sprinters, but a couple Dealers that I went to see what they had, nobody gave me a Good deal like Auto deals car dealer in Rosselle IL, and not only that, they treated me so well and they're very friendly and professional, I really love their customer service, if I have to buy another car, I definitely go to them, in my experience I would Recommend anybody to go there, they really have some good deals and good cars....

We purchased my sons first car from Mike and Rodger. They were wonderful to work with. They made sure the car was ready to go and safe for my son. He was so excited when the called to say it ready to be picked up. We would recommend them for your next car purchase.

Probably the first dealership I've been to that didn't look at me like a bag of cash and immediately try selling me the most expensive car on the lot. The first 15+ minutes I was there, they sat and listened to what my needs were and what I didn't want. It felt strange at first since it was totally different from what I was used to but look back and wonder why this isn't the standard at all dealerships. When we finally hit the lot, I ended up finding myself torn between the very first 3 cars I was shown because they all fit the bill to a "T". A couple hours later I was driving my new baby home and can't say anything but good things about the place and process.

TLDR: They listened to me. Tailored the selection of which cars I was shown. I drove home a happy man.

I totaled my car a month ago and had less than 2 weeks to buy a new one for my commute to work. Roger saved me yet again! This is my second purchase from Auto Deals, and I had absolutely no trouble with my first purchase. (My Toyota Corolla was great!) I just bought a 2010 Honda Accord, fairly priced with low mileage. Buying a new car can be really stressful, but Roger’s super easy to work with. He’ll take care of you. Highly recommend.

My son was shopping for his first car. Came here first and found a car he liked, but wanted to check around some more at other dealers. They were always friendly and courteous, when checking if the car was still available. They let us take the car to a mechanic to get checked out. Ended up buying the car and got a good, reasonable deal.
