Armbrust was recommended to me by a friend. I had an emergent plumbing issue and Armbrust (Adam) could come out within a day. Adam was truly spectacular in every way. He invited me to sit with him and watch what he was doing. He explained every step of the way what our potential challenges and fixes could be and best of all he was transparent and he CARED. He genuinely cared about solving the problem for me and ensuring that it was not going to pop back up in a short amount of time. He didn't try to oversell me on services I don't need right now and his honesty, professionalism and service were top notch and stellar. I highly recommend Armbrust!

Steven was very professional and polite. He clearly explained what he would attempt to do and what the charges would be. Then he was actually able to successfully rod and unplug our sewer line. He shared the video camera information with us and pointed out to any potential areas of future concern. He cleaned the area thoroughly afterwards and I think the price was about right, I certainly saw quotes for the same scope of work much higher several years ago from other outfits. I would definitely recommend this company.

Louis was professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue at hand and worked efficiently to get our furnace back up and running. I would highly recommend his service. in the future and will not be using any other company as the experience was excellent.

Pat and Oscar were great! They water jetted the main line to my house and saved me thousands after another plumber quoted to dig up my front lawn. Definitely recommending and using them again for any plumbing needs.

The experience with Bruce was totally positive. He arrived on time; explained what needed to be done to fix my problem and the basis for the component costs. He worked efficiently and left the workspace in an orderly fashion. He was also friendly, courteous and helpful.

My heat was not working on a Friday afternoon . They were able to squeeze me in a few hours and the communicated very well with scheduling. My son actually fixed the issue right as he arrived . The technician was kind and did not charge me for his time even though he drove there. I would call them again if needed . I really appreciated him cutting us a break !

Adam C. Was very professional, explained things to me in detailed answered my questions politely and most importantly got through a very tough job in a day. I was super impressed by his professionalism and determination to get the job done on the same day. He was insistent on leaving us with working facilities. I made a stupid mistake cleaning my shower. I didn’t see my cleaning toothbrush fall into the drain. I couldn’t retrieve it so I called my favorite and reliable plumber Adam. Dispatch at Armbrust had him there in a few short hours. It was a simple task to remove with a simple tool Adam had—nothing but compliments for Adam and Armbrust. Thanks.

Armbrust is our go to plumbing, heating and air conditioning vendor. They are always available on day of call. Adam was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very thorough in explaining the problem and the choices available to fix our issue. We will request him next time.

Highly recommend Armbrust Plumbing and Tom H. They were able to come out same day to address my plumbing issues. Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained the solutions for both of my plumbing issues. Very reasonably priced. Will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had an issue with our hot water delivery that affected 39 households. Armbrust was immediately on the issue and corrected the issue within two hours, restoring hot water to all. Lou was immediately on the job and made the repairs. If I could give Armbrust 6 stars, I would.

It was my first time using Armbrust & I couldn’t be more happy. Dan explained his scope of work in detail and made the necessary repairs when a previous company overlooked the issue. I highly recommend them.

Steve did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. Cleaned out about 30 ft of pipe and managed to make no mess at all. Should have called them sooner! The service included a quick check up of a variety of plumbing fixtures in the house and he gave me some good advice on each.

My experience with Armbrust was excellent from start to finish. I was able to schedule quickly, and the technician came exactly when he was scheduled.
