Last night our hot water heater went out. Two months before we move out and of course this happens. I make some calls and get a guy scheduled to come do it today. So I scheduled it. I’m glad I made a post on FB about our misfortune because several people commented I was getting ripped off when I told them how much it would cost. A classmate I have known from elementary school reaches out and says “Erin I can get you a better price let me call my boss.” They were at my house at 8am and saved me so much money even on a weekend. Randy did a fantastic job and he was also really nice guy. If you ever have a plumbing issue call Aquaflow Plumbing Corporation. They got the cats recommendation too.

We had a great experience with our plumber, Bill. He came out to give us an estimate on our leaky pipes. Gave us a reasonable quote. Came to fix it. Was on time, prepared, and very polite. We are very satisfied with Aqua Flow and Bill!

Came home to a large puddle in my basement New Years Eve. Reached out right away and Kevin came the very next morning (New Year's Day). Extremely informative and helpful, very pleasant demeanor, quick and efficient work. I highly recommend Aqua Flow Plumbing to anyone experiencing issues, especially relating to backup.

I am very pleased with the recent plumbing job that Aqua Flow Plumbing did! They are very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable of their trade! They practice very good customer service from the first time you call them! The office staff kept me well informed prior to the appointment. I requested that if they had a cancellation to let me know so we can move up my appointment which they did! They were able to obtain the permit to do the job quickly with no issues! Having plumbing problems can be very stressful but Aqua Flow efficiency and professionalism really makes a difference. I will plan to use them again for any future plumbing needs!

I had the sewer line replaced and capped. In the past the plumber would have to come indoors and remove the toilet but this will change with repairs being outdoors. The guys came early and were very professional and thorough. I’m happy with the work. No more removing the toilet.

I had the best customer experience from Aqua Flow plumbing. My technician was Tony and Kris, Tony is on fire, he know what he’s doing and he have the professional skills to do a great job. Thanking you Tony for serving our country and for being a good professional plumber who have the patience to train and explain while working. Every body can’t do what you do, so thank you again for fixing my slow draining sink and my water pressure in my bathroom.

Once again, Aqua Flow came to my home and did a truly amazing job! Each time I've had this vendor at my home to do service has not been a vendor choice of regret! Keep up the good work Aqua Flow Plumbing and a HUGE salute to Melissa in dispatch. Not too many folks still around that can dish out quality customer service, show compassion to the customer, be professional and proactive!

2/16/23: Was just contacted by a rep for Aqua Flow. Was connected to them via American Water Resources' Sewer Line Protection program. We have a backed up and charged drain line from our cleanout to the sewer. First noticed in November and rented an auger to clean the line, pulled back tree roots and the water flowed a bit better than before. I had Perfect Home Services come out this past Saturday (2/11/23) and was quoted $30k and 1-week to dig up the entire drain line and replace it, the stack, and saw cut the concrete basement floor to install PVC. Perfect Home Services states that the line is charged, stack is crooked, stack has pinholes leaking waste, foundation walls are cracked due to sinkage of the drain, parts of the yard are sinking from the drain's leakage in the yard. Quoted for 150ft of PVC. I'm hoping to validate their findings with Aqua Flow and get a competitive quote that our insurance through AWR will cover. I will update this review as the process progresses. As of now, I received a call within 10 minutes of filing our claim on AWR's support line and they set up an appointment for tomorrow between 12p and 4p.

Great company! Tony came and fixed a sewer backup 10:30 on a Sunday night when others wouldn’t. Tony made sure to clean up before he left and did his very best not to make a mess. I respect that.
The entire time he was there he made his work very visible and I never felt like he was trying to overcharge or cheat me. Great guy and company. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service started with the office with Megan returning my call in less than 5 minutes. Randy arrived an hour earlier than expected which was awesome. He was obviously very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. We will definitely call Aqua Flow should we need their services again.

Tony came out to check our lines after a village sewer back up occurred. He took the time to check everything out at my home to make sure we are still flowing good and everything was working great. Thanks to Tony for braving the late April snow to make sure our plumbing needs were met. Tony is very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.

Randy came to clear a kitchen sink that had been periodically backing up. He was great, very helpful. Even the customer support that answers the phone were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Aqua flow to anyone who asks.

I had two experiences with Aquaflow and both workers were amazing.

First was Ryan and he did a great job explaining to me what was happening and what he was doing. I loved the tips he gave me to maintain the work he did.

Then, we had a huge storm that overwhelmed and killed my sump pump. BOOM 4 inches of water in my basement. We got Tony and he was amazing. He kept me calm and fixed the problem so fast. I watched him work, he was a master at his craft. He gave great advice and did multiple follow ups to just check on me. I'm now a lifelong customer.

Late on a Saturday night, water and sewage backed up in the Basement. Aqua Flow dispatched Tony to come out. He arrived early Sunday morning and took care of the business. I have used Aqua Flow Plumbing multiple times for a wide variety of issues and they are the first company I call. David arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to diagnose and explain what the issue was. He was able to make the repairs and the cost was reasonable and as expected (no surprises). Tony was great, very respectful, professional punctual, wore shoes cover which I appreciated because I had just cleaned the house. He kept us updated on arrival time and explained everything in details once he arrived. he has done work in our house before; he installed our sump pumps many years ago, and it still working great.
