I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tom, his office, and his Dentistry team. From the moment you walk into this quaint practice you feel a sense of home, comfort, and welcome. I have brought my children to this office since they were toddlers, and they feel just as comforted and secure in each visit as I do. In fact, I feel confident they will have healthy dental health their whole life through, thanks to the positive seeds planted by Dr. Tom and this crew. The facilities are clean; the methodologies are best-practice and modern; the staff are beyond pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Tom's Elburn office to anyone (young, old, dental emergencies, etc). Give them a call; you won't regret it!

Dr. Tom is top notch! The staff is also. Everyone is very nice, genuinely caring, and they are all skilled at what they do. Trisha (Office Mgr.), is super at welcoming and accommodating as well. She's very kind.
Dr. Tom has done several surgical procedures as well as the routine for me and he is great at making it as comfortable as can be. I highly recommend him, highly recommend.

Dr. Tom is quick and efficient, and it's super easy to schedule an appointment with Trisha the Office Manager. She always has a positive attitude, and pro-actively texts or calls to fit you in when Dr. Tom has an opening. Also, Bridget the Dental Hygienist is fantastic (she's got a gentle but firm touch).
I highly recommend this office, I am so grateful that it's just a few minutes from my house, in the heart of downtown Elburn.

I called today with a pediatric emergency and I have to say outstanding customer service. My toddler son is experiencing abnormal tooth pain and although they treat routine toddler tooth check ups they weren’t able to help in my particular circumstance. They called back within 30 mins of me reaching out on a Saturday. Gave me suggestions of where in the area that could help. Just very compassionate and helpful staff. This is what small towns are all about good people doing the right thing! Thanks for being a great office in our amazing community!

We love Dr. Tom’s office! His staff is kind, gentle and thorough. The office manager Trisha treats her patients like family and is extremely knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is wonderful with our kids and their office hours make it easy to schedule appointments around our busy lives.

Dr. Krauspe retired and he couldn't have chosen a better replacement, Dr. Tom! No one replaces Dr. Krauspe without being Great!!! Thanks for all that you do 30+ years as a patient/client!
