Clean store that usually has everything I need. Decent sales. Only 2 regular checkouts open most of the time. Self checkout is fast usually.

First time coming into this one, seemed quiet but it was 845 at night. It's organized, bright and easy to find things. Got help from a very nice cashier at self checkout and had a lovely conversation. If I'm back in the area I would come back.

Karen, in the floral department, went above and beyond to make my balloon order perfect! She even came to work 30 minutes early to accommodate my schedule! Outstanding customer service!

This Jewel seems bright and clean. Found what I was looking for easily and had only a brief wait in the checkout line. Produce appeared well stocked. The cashier was professional and personable. Plenty of parking with several ways in off the roadway.

Have been shopping here regularly as the staff is nice and the store is cleaner, love the Starbucks. Tried the curbside for the first time last week and the experience was awesome!! I had an experienced shopper I think her name was Anna and she picked the best produce and that is the area of concern for me getting produce that is bad or spoiled-not here! It was ready early and the billing was done correctly-thank you! I have tried other stores and the billing was messed and no one would call you back...Husband is high risk so this is so helpful! I will definitely be making another curbside order this week at the Elburn store!!

What a clean and great store in Elburn! Would like the Jewels in my neighborhood to be this spotless and with friendly staff. Great selection of produce. Easy to get around, aisles well organized. If sll Jewels were like this it would be the go'-to store.

Friendly employees who will take you to find what you're looking for; good sale prices. Produce seems fresh and plentiful. Regular prices are a bit higher than where I come from, but overall, I'd definitely shop here again!

Great place to shop very clean store people are friendly. Prices are great very good liquor department there also along with nice 🍷 section. Great for grocery shopping without all the hoopla like Meier's. Ya don't shop over gym shoes and tv sets to buy groceries 😀

A great jewel staff are always helpful and friendly, can always find what I need here, wether it’s one item or a cart full.

Probably my favorite Jewel in the area. Customer service is exceptional at this location. It is clean and inventory well stocked. If you have a question it is easy to find assistance

Terri D. went above and beyond for me. I left my wallet behind and didn’t realize it until my wife said that Terri had gone through the trouble of looking for me online and found my wife. She was able to make contact with my wife and asked if I could come get my wallet. I am very appreciative of her going above and beyond for a stranger. Obviously, this speaks to the high level of customer service. Thank you Terri D!!

Great Jewel everyone friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there card holders in parking lot are using up close spots elderly/handicapped people could use. Instead of being in 2nd or 3rd spot move to 5th it so spot

Jewel usually has what I'm looking for. Love the "local feel". Not the cheapest, but great inventory and people.

The only problem I have at the store is that they keep changing everything around. I'm not the only person who has complained about this. U get used 2 where everything is at the next time u go in there everything is changed around & it's very confusing 2 find things. U have 2 ask where 2 find what u need & sometimes the employees don't even know where 2 find what u asked 4.

The Jewel store looks liked it was newly remodeled lately nicely done. I wished I lived in the area to go shopping there every week...

My happiness is always when I obtain goods at this store. Very beautiful with friendly, helpful employees and a nice selection of products!
